Excellent store, knowledgeable staff. If they don t have your item in stock they ll let you know where to find it

Nice local Mt. Greenwood hardware store. Very attentive staff. Thanks

Always nice and willing to help you out to get what you need

Good selection of rental products for parties or home projects.

Customer service goes a long way the cashier was not that friendly needs a little attitude adjusting but overall the place pretty much has what you need

Love this store! All the workers are super helpful and attentive without being a helicopter! Haha.. I've been shopping here for over 35 years!

Small, expensive, clean and friendly. You can rent equipment here for yard/construction and parties. Remember this is store is in Chicago so spray pant is unavailable.

Very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable customer service reps

The employees were super friendly and customer satisfaction was their goal. They didn't have what I was looking for exactly but I bought a similar item that was less expensive and suited my needs better.

My go to hardware store, always helpful associates!

My husband works here, best window and screen repairman, go see him, ask for Chris

Friendly staff; greet you when you enter and willing to help at any time. Store is well stocked.

Stopped in for a couple items that would have taken me an hour or more to locate. I was in and out though because an employee named Allison greeted me and offered me help right away. She found the first item right away and then went above and beyond to find me a match for a random bolt I brought in. She's awesome! I genuinely appreciate her time and effort. Everyone else I came across was very friendly and helpful. I'll definitely be back.

Team is exceptional. They are problem solvers that are great at helping you solve your own challenges.

Good guys n gals working in here. Always helpful and lots of carhartt gear .

I was greeted at the door and taken to the aisles for the exact products I needed. Unfortunately the cashier was not nearly as attentive today as other cashiers have been in other days.
