Very beautiful. They should wash the external glass otherwise it looks bad and the photos are really ugly. Anyway I recommend it. It's worth it.

My room amenities were not very well maintained. Refrigerator was not cold, and the tap switch between the detachable showerhead and bathtub tap cant be used.

It my first time staying in trader hotel and when I check in the room , there is a cig. Smoking smell which I requested for a non-smoking room.
When I called service line, they immediately change the room and asked someone to assist me in changing.

Secondly,
When checking out , I found out that I ve lost my parking ticket and I approached concierge FIZZ to assist me as I remember I still had my parking ticket last night when I talk to them.
He went together with me to the carpark and help me to search for the missing ticket.
He went round the whole carpark and luckily found a ticket on the ground.(I think it Christmas )

I would like to take this opportunities to thank the service desk to change my room without hesitation.
Most importantly, Mr FIZZ from conceige for taking his extra effort to go the extra miles.

I will definitely introduce trader to all my friends and I will come back again...

The location is awsome. We can see the twin tower in the most beautiful position from the room :) However the equipments in the hotel are not premiun such as elevator always cannot detect the key card, hair dyer, soap...especially the buggy bus guy take care us not good.

Old luxury hotel, sadly I stress the OLD part. Big rooms, comfy bed but tiny TV and no charging possibility next to bed, that might was ok maybe 15 years ago. Bathroom starting to get old and I had worst buffee experience ever. An excellent view though.

The view from Petronas Twin Towers is the best from the hotel.

It's a very cool chillout bar with great views of the KL Twin Towers. Service can be a bit slow at times though, but not a big deal if you're kljisy having drinks.

Hotel a stone's throw from the Petronas towers, equipped with all sorts of comforts. On the 33rd floor you will find the skybar with pool in the middle. Very beautiful

We stayed 2 nights and were very impressed with the standard of service and friendly nature of all the staff we encountered.

This is nice hotel located beside KLCC Convention Centre. Lobby at 3rd floor. Superb View of KLCC Twin tower and so convenient to attend KLCC Event. Food is superb many varieties.

Fantastic hotel and enough views and close to the Arab Street and Petronas Tower and the breakfast is good

I really enjoyed my stay in Traders Hotel KLCC. I stayed a night here to celebrate my birthday, and the hotel send in two cupcakes for me and my boyfriend. I liked the gesture, however the cake was nothing special.

The breakfast was amazing, with a wide variety of cuisine. There's also a vegetarian corner, and a lot of different kind of juices too.
They also have great staff, especially Wan. He was really attentive and friendly.

The room was very comfortable. The bathtub is really nice, and the shower has great pressure. Not to mention the water could get really hot too.

Unfortunately during my stay, when we wanted to take the shuttle to KLCC it was raining so the service was unavailable. However KLCC is just about 5 minutes walk away, and it was covered.

All in all, I really enjoyed my stay there and will definitely return if given the chance.

I will give this hotel 5 stars only for the perfect view. Still the view covers other faults: the room smells like J&J baby power and poor food at club lounge. Pay more for better room on higher floor. You won't regret.

Your staff at the reception and the concierge are excellent, very friendly and willing to help.
Overall, your hotel is clean and the breakfast are excellent.

The room was well appointed and had a good desk and office style chair, which made working in the room easy. The view was excellent, as was the location which was close to KLCC where my meetings were held. The Club Room was fine.

Best view of Kuala Lumpur, hands down!
Service, food, room, cleanliness all were excellent. You will be happy with your stay here. Towers view is worth the upgrade for sure!

The friendly welcome from all staff when arriving was fantastic, we then entered our room to one of the best views we ve seen in the world. The glory of the towers during day and the night.
The only disappointment was the breakfast. We had an early checkout before breakfast started so had it delivered to the room. I am afraid to say that this was all cold and inedible. The hospitality staff that brought the trolley apologised for the late arrival but he said that they had a safe in training overnight which in my eyes isn t good enough. We never complained as we were on a tight schedule though. Apart from the breakfast everything else was 10/10

Generally the Hotel was very good with good service & efficiency.Perhaps the appearance of the rooms could do with a fresh look so that you can compete with the newer hotels around that part of the town as some of the furnishings are getting a bit dated

5-star business hotel in the heart of KLCC. Walking distance to Petronas Twin Towers, Suria KLCC shopping Mall, Aquaria (SeaWorld). Also a short distance away is the Bukit Bintang area with its shopping, dining and night life options.

Great Stay! Everything was exceptional... service, cleanliness, amenities, location... I could go on and on. The location was in the heart of KLCC. There was easy access to shopping, attractions, and the metro system.

Located next to KL Convention Center, nearby KLCC and in front of the park.

Absolutely wonderful hotel. Even coming with high expectations i was still not disappointed. I was given an early check in at 8am and a late checkout at 2om. Breakfast is fantastic and has excellent choices for anyone, complete with private nookies for families to enjoy breakfast.

Rooms very clean and convenient. Views we had of the twin towers was impressive and the adjoining park and proximity to the mall and the Petronas towers is super convenient and pleasant.

I had a chance to do a few laps in the pool and use the gym, sauna and the steam room and can vouch for cleanliness, and they were all great - modern and effective and well staffed.

Was a pleasure staying here. I left two shirts behind and management was able to organise prompt shipping for me.

Very warm and welcoming, and everyone was helpful. Everything went smoothly and it was nice and quiet. We really loved our stay, and the amazing view of the Petronas towers.

We asked for a room with a view of the Petronas Towers & we certainly were not let down by this, the view was awesome especially at night, the hotel was clean, staff friendly. The hotel is so close to the towers & the shopping mall is situated under the towers, metro station easy to use & close by.

Amazing Hotel, the views are postcard picture perfect and never got old looking out directly onto the Petronas Towers. Hotel itself has large spacious clean rooms. The hotel location was ideal for shopping and sightseeing, close to restaurants and bars are a short cab ride away. Staff are highly professional and welcoming. The spa is a little over expensive for what is offered and the quality. Skybar also is spectacular at night. We had a lovely stay and would definitely return without hesitation.

What to say, the view of the Petronas Towers is just one of the many elements in its favor. Super comfortable huge bed, room equipped with every kind of accessory and quality welcome kit.

We had a room with a view of the towers, it was goosebumps feeling

Visited the GoBo Chit Chat restaurant for its seafood buffet. Awesome food and service.

1. Courteous staff - starts from the security to the personnel at the registration to the housekeeping staff we met at the corridor. Everyone made me wish I had similar staff working for me.
2. Cleanliness - All round cleanliness
3. Lighting - Was just nice at the right places
4. Location - walking distance to SURIA KLCC. We could have ridden the cart which takes guests to and fro KLCC (Good arrangement) but we preferred the walk - beautiful walk.
5. The Room - Wonderful view of KLCC, just the way we wanted.
6. The room was clean, so was the bath (my wife is very particular about that).
7. The sheets and linen just as it should be.
8. The bath (well-stocked with toiletries), the mini-bar (well stocked), the coffee making facilities and stocks etc were better than expected.
9. Technical staff - very helpful when called for assistance.
10. Swimming pool and surrounding - though not Olympic sized, well-thought-out and set up.
11. The seating area at the swimming with the spectacular view was fantastic.
12. Again the courteous staff at the swimming pool!

Having said all that, why is my evaluation only a 4 (very good) and not a 5 (excellent)?
Ans: Being good all around can be an undoing by itself (;-) (I hope the person who reads this can understand what I am saying). Just like, when a habitually rude person, is pleasant on a given day, everyone is happy with him/her. But when a habitually pleasant person is rude on a day, we get very upset. The reason being, expectations have been created! That by itself can be an undoing!

TRADERS created expectations by being fantastic. As such:
1. The exceptionally long (relative) wait for ice-cubes in the room was unexpected.
2. The check-out queue not managed better was unexpected. Irritated children and impatient guests did not augur well for the TRADERS image which YOU have created. Perhaps a numbering system could have been better. Please think about it.
Sometimes being excellent at what you do, could hurt you too!
There is no satisfaction score of 4.5. As such, I chose 4.
Then again, THANK YOU, TRADERS, for making this a memorable stay!

Nice and cozy stay. Friendly staff here. Walking distance to KLCC and Pavilion mall.

Use only outside cafes. You can see the Petronas Twin Towers in front of you. The weather was good so I could spend leisurely. It is about 5 minutes on foot from here to Petronas Twin Towers.

From start to finish excellent staff who treat you as friends and do all they can to help you make your stay as perfect as possible

Beautiful, clean and tidy, and the side of the road is a large walkway and appreciates walking from the hotel in a way they call the connection to the mall in the center of Al Arab Road. This is a pedestrian bridge, but I do not know why it is missing because it wastes the road for more than a place like the KFCC

The room is good. This hotel is mostly visited by businessman and not so suitable for tourists.

Buggy service to Twin towers shopping mall

Love traders hotel because it has a good hotel room, a helpful staffs and a beautiful view of KLCC (upon request and availability), near to the KLCC park, aquaria, KL convention centre and the KLCC itself.
Going to KLCC is easy as the buggy service is provided.

A good hotel that is beside KLCC. Super good voew of KLCC in the morning and night. Love the view. The interior is a bit old but well maintain with class.

The room is reasonable but the beds were too soft. Checking in was taking too long and we did not get the double bed as requested.

The hotel is lovely and the views of the two towers are nicer.
Reception in the fifth round and the role of 32 are all very small but frankly their service is distinctive and treated very sophisticated.
The breakfast in round 32 is varied and delicious and Halal.
Free shuttle service to the towers.
I would not recommend visiting the restaurant under because it is expensive and eating less than normal.

Good and timely service from Mr Chad your front office manager . He was very patient with our various enquiries and bookings as we had three rooms and additional bookings for later this month .Was a good stay all round except that the buggies was suspended for two days which I think was not necessary as it inconvenience your customers and I see other buggies still plying the same route although because of an event it was crowded and we were even not allow to walk thru the convention walk way to KLCC.

The hotel is super close to the Petronas Towers.
You can go up to their SKY BAR for free and if you want to consume it or not.
There is free Wi-Fi and very nice views of the KLCC park and the Petronas.

Arrival experience was poor, everything else was fine.
On arrival, we were given a luggage ticket and herded into a lift with several other people.We found out from other guests that reception was on the 5th floor, we hadn't been told this on arrival. To have a hotel reception on the 5th floor is rather unusual and felt this could have been explained more clearly immediately on arrival.
Also ,it was never explained to us that you had to insert your card in the lift to access certain floors - again, we only found this out from other guests.

Had a really good time and the service was excellent!

1. Check in-They need ALL the identification cards. Not only that, they took in to an isolated room and they make a copy of each it. I wonder if it is allowed.

2. I expect the room view will be the KLCC and KLCC park but im wrong. Our view facing another condo building . Boring.

3. Buggy system not efficient and convinient at all. We have been given ticket number and waiting for quite some time when they told that the buggy system need to be put on hold due to the rain.But, Somehow we could see they are still taking other passengers like 4times to and fro.

4. Funny, as we cancelled and wanted to return back to our room, we need to rescan MySejahtera again. We didnt even left the hotel.

Best location to enjoy KLCC twin tower and to enjoy the KLCC Park. The room interior is a bit old, need refurbishment
