1. Check in-They need ALL the identification cards. Not only that, they took in to an isolated room and they make a copy of each it. I wonder if it is allowed.

2. I expect the room view will be the KLCC and KLCC park but im wrong. Our view facing another condo building . Boring.

3. Buggy system not efficient and convinient at all. We have been given ticket number and waiting for quite some time when they told that the buggy system need to be put on hold due to the rain.But, Somehow we could see they are still taking other passengers like 4times to and fro.

4. Funny, as we cancelled and wanted to return back to our room, we need to rescan MySejahtera again. We didnt even left the hotel.
