I LOVE Discount tire!!! They are forever reliable. All the guys working there are professional, respectful, and extremely nice. Seems like they all love what they do. Every time I need my tires fixed they get me in and out as soon as possible. The prices are very reasonable and I never go any where else. If you guys were to close i would be HIGHLY pissed.

I have purchased two tires here, and also had one of my other two tires have an issue, but they fixed it for free. When I purchase the next two tires, I will purchase them here.

They've always been very kind to me.
I was almost in tears a couple years ago because I couldn't afford a new tire. They went above and beyond to find me a used.
This year we were looking to put new tires on my car and there's nowhere else I will ever go for tires. They do great work. They're kind to everybody, no matter your position in life. That's hard to find these days.

I went in after purchasing a used car with tires that were questionable. I had to wait about an hour longer than I was told but I was a walk-in, so I m ok with that. Went back in the following day due to one of the tires being 9 pounds low. John and Levi were both extremely helpful and got the issue resolved rather quickly.

Unfortunately, I will need to make one more trip due to another tire slowing losing air as well. I would still recommend visiting this location if you need tires.

Was told a 3 hr wait, it was over 4.5hrs. This is the only location with the continuous problem of slow service, techs pulling cars ahead of who's next (without appointments)...From now on I'll go across town to another location

Had ordered the wrong size tire due to my error, but they luckily had the right size tire. And fixed it while I was paying for it. No wait at all!

Did what they said they would 4 new tires installed..within time they stated at good price.. No add on ..

They have friendly staff, and since they are walk in based I appreciated that they got me in for my tires same day as I had a nail in one causing a near flat. My tires were low on tread so I decided to replace them all. I went with the Michelin tires this time since I wanted that nice smooth ride. I left and got on the highway in which my steering wheel shook like the tires hadnt been properly balanced which cant be blamed on the tire since I got the top of the line this time. So I went back in 2 days later and waited again to have them rebalanced. They came out stating the tires were a little off and the balancer must have not been calibrated 100% the first day i came in. Okay well if it had been left at that it would have still been a 5 star rating. They lost that when i got back on the highway and my wheel is still rumbling. Its a shame because everything else about the place was great, but I guess I will have to go elsewhere for a proper balance which is a real shame considering how much I spent on the tires with them. They say they will honor their tire, but I guess its come down to a battle of the will because I just dont have the time to continuously wait for my tires to maybe be balanced the third or however many times it would take to get them right. Call me picky if you want but dropping almost 700 dollars on a high grade tire with insurance and having immediate problems that couldnt be resolved with directly pointing out the issue on something that should be a standard practice is a pretty big deal. I cant blame the staff as they seem pretty well versed on what they do, so it makes you question how well the equipment used to maintenance the cars is kept up on. I dont know, I just know I'm irritated I will have to spend more money elsewhere to get the job done right.

I've been going here for a few years but this time even with an appointment and only two people ahead of me it took a long time to get checked in since they only had two people at the counter

I was able to make an appointment online and pick out what i wanted. took them about an hour to get me in and change two tires. They offer free water and coffee. Surprisingly comfortable chairs. I feel they could use a TV.

I ve gone to several discount tires and none compare to this one. All of the employees are professional, trustworthy, and have amazing customer service. I would recommend this location over others any day! Thank you to the employees at Discount Tire US 31 Indy!

These guys are fast and good, and you can get some flippin' sweet rims for pretty cheap. Check out these awesome monstrous rims and tires they put on my work van (see pic). Only issue is, the "service tire monitoring system" light keeps coming on. I haven't had time to bring the van back in, but I know they'll take care of it so I'm not worried about it. The store is always busy, which should tell you people trust this place. And I do too.

Never disappointed here at Discount Tire! Their staff is super considerate and knowledgeable. My family and I have used this location for years and I won't go anywhere else for my tires. I had to get one patched today and they were timely and even did it for free! Thanks for the awesome work guys!

Was very busy. People working there very nice. Has four tires that I needed that someone else had ordered but never picked up so I got a good deal on them.

Not only are the staff friendly, they're knowledgeable, quick and do quality work. Affordable pricing and GREAT service. There's a reason this place is busy. It was my first time going to Discount Tire for service and I'll never go anywhere else.

Damaged our car told us to get an estimate then said they would only pay half the amount. Not going back!!

Booked appointment on Monday for Friday at 200. Guy on phone failed to put me in system. My wait 2 hours. Estimated another 2 hours, but they worked me in. My total wait 2 hours 25 min. Versus 4 hours. Not great, but better than 4 hours wasting my entire day. Call to confirm you are actually booked.

Went to have my tire pressure checked- in an out less than 10 minutes all 4 free

Best place for tires. Purchased my car tires from here by using price match option without any pain. It was quick and easy buying. Waiting area is good with coffee and water. The only thing which is missing, they don't have any wifi for customers. Sometimes I have wait for long and I really miss it.

I bought a set of tires that included free rotations, check air, notification reminder by text! Prices are mostly comparable to other tire shops. Good service overall.

This place is amazing! Went in with a flat to discover all of my tires were at least 7 years old, my donut was 20 years old. They fixed my flat with no pressure to replace the others. When I went back to get my others replaced when finances were stable, I took my 3 kids all under 5 with me (solo, lord help me) They rushed my service, gave my big kids coloring books, offered coffee, and when they discovered they weren t able to match my tires they upgraded me for free. They also offered to put one of my old tires onto a steel frame to replace the donut, which I didn t even know was an option! Thank you Nicholas and jarrod (possibly, don t have my original receipt) for being so understanding and helpful. You guys have gained a lifetime customer.

The technicians do a good job when they finally get to your job. The management does a good job and know there stuff. They have a whole lot of people in and out of there all day long . It just takes time to get out of there.

I had a spare, full size tire already on the rim that had a slow leak around the rim, so I called this place and asked them if they fix these kinds of problems and if so how much would it cost. Well I was told that yes they do fix them that it was an easy fix and there would be no charge, just come in at my conveince. So I stood in line waiting to talk to the guy at the counter for at least 1/2 hr and once I finally talked to him he informed me it would be no more than 15 mins before someone would fix it. So I sat down and after waiting almost another hour they come to me and told me because the tire is over 10 yrs old they wouldn't fix it . I think that's BS, wasted over 2 hrs of my time plus my gas to go there and back just to be told they wouldn't fix it. When I was first told they would over the phone.

Pulled up on a cold day to the air pressure check they had set up. Did nit get service for over 10 min with people walking right past me. So I went inside and finally got someone. Only to find out they dont do compressed nitrogen. Very disappointed

We purchased a set of tires in July 2019 and Levi was extremely helpful then. We had a tire mishap today and it was not repairable due to the extensive damage. Levi was extremely helpful with great customer service and since the tire was not in stock, he worked to get it ordered and shipped to their location. He called me as soon as the tire was in at 5pm and got our car in line to get it put back on. Very wonderful gentleman with great customer service skills. We definitely recommend the location on 31!! And definitely ask for Levi!

Had my valve stem with TPMS replaced and added a new tire because it had a collision bubble, Brian and his team were extremely helpful, I had a service TPMS sensor on my dash Brian stopped what he was doing and fixed it for me on the spot. Awesome customer service and the only place I m going to from now on!

Super Store. This is my home store. I had tire problem out of state.
Levi went above and beyond. To make sure I was taken are of at sister store.

I ordered tires for my truck to find out they weren't ordered when I called and checked on them..I was very upset and the guy said nothing to even help.. So then the day of the install there was another man helping me and all he did was give me a hard time over the discount that was given to me..and the guy that sold me the tires had told me that if I found a better price he would match it..so back to the mean guy, he argued again over the price match and didn't want to do the price change and argued again and again and then he said it wasn't worth it..but you know he never did change it..I hope he's happy with himself..God will take care of him..so now I'm going to have to go back up there and fight for what's right ...the service has really gone way way down..I guess I'll find somewhere else to go from now on..

Their computer system was screwed up.
Because of that, I checked in at 11:47, and my car did not get into a bay until 2:00, or a bit after.

I bought 1 tire and just needed it put on and it took about an hour

Great service. came in today looking for new wheel rims for my car. They have them in stock! They are very helpful and even show you what they look like on your car before your purchase them. Fast service, very cheap and $500 less than the local business which did not have items in stock. I recommend for sure

They try to call a fast one on me rotating my tires for my dad and they did not rotate them the way he wanted? I don't think it should be up to them. if I feel the tires are riding weird they should be to what I want them to be.

Speedy and friendly service, the sales representatives seemed knowledgeable, and the prices were reasonable. They didn't have the used tire that we needed, but the tire was irregular to begin with. Even though they didn't have the used tire we needed they did have new versions that would work and they were willing to order a less expensive version of the new tire that was the size we needed. Overall good experience.

Had a great experience with the staff, tire ordering and timely manner in which the job was completed. Only snafu was, they forgot to install the new TPMS sensors I paid for in the wheels and the indicator light stayed on for a few days. I took it back to have them "calibrated"?, and was told they weren't installed. However, they got me in and out quickly when they were obviously Very busy. So, all in all, Kudos D.T. crew. Thanks, I'll be back!

Extremely satisfied with my visit today. Wasn't pressured into buying the most expensive tires but glad I did! The ride is so much better than previous purchases. Ryan even found a way for me to save more money. Thanks Ryan!

It took over an 1/2 hour to pick up a loose tire I called just like the sign said to do one came out I finally went in to get the tire

Make an appointment, it is worth it. This place is always busy but they are upfront and honest about the wait. I have gone here since 2004 when I moved to the area. Absolutely reccomened them.

I came hear for tires due to a better deal so when I came in for a rotation the wanted to tell me I wasn't due for a tire rotation yet but they ended up doing it anyways I came back in a in today which a few later cause my tires were off balance in the front I was told it be 1hr and 45 minutes went shopping came back and still had to wait 1 hr 30 minutes more then we were told this is aggravated to me I should of just stayed at Indy tire were I get better customer service.

Had very low air in one of my tires and they checked it out in the same day. Turns out I had a huge leak in my right front tire. They fixed it for free and it's as good as new

Although it's often busy and you have to wait a bit (which I suppose is a good sign), I really like this Discount Tire location. The service writers are all courteous and professional, but I am particularly impressed with Troy's knowledge and thoroughness. I had a great experience today getting two new tires mounted and felt the price was more than fair. They've certainly won my business.

Close to closing time.....steady taking customers and my car has yet to make it back. Been here physically waiting since 230p.

Went here for the price and time I had to get my tire fixed. The staff is friendly; HOWEVER, I do NOT appreciate the order in which my vehicle was taken in. I checked in about 130p and told there would be about 2.5hr wait. I had to leave but returned within an hour. As I am waiting in my car....because of crowding I observe 2-3 cars come in after mine but seen before mine. Now perhaps they had appointments. So I checked to see when my car would be seen and was informed it would be 2.5hrs after I came back. Should have been told that when I came back.

Took my car in for a flat. I was to be notified when finished. Never got a call that day. That night my car was parked outside by itself w the doors unlocked. Strange food remnants were in my backseat. I reported this face-to-face and received no apology or explanation.

With as busy as this particular shop is they all done a fantastic job with getting to everyone as quick as possible. They all have a very pleasant personality and should all be acknowledged by the upper management. They had me completed by the time promised and I highly recommend this Discount Tires. Joel has amazing customer service as the entire time I was there he always informed customers waiting that someone in a red shirt would be with them shortly. Thank you all for a wonderful experience at Discount Tires. You all really get 10 stars in my opinion. Keep up the great customer service!

I ve had 2 experiences. One was great. This current situation was horrible. Thus, they get 2 stars instead of 1. This situation: I was told my car was ready, and when I showed up, I was told my car needed to be towed elsewhere because it couldn t be fixed there. This at 5:00 pm, during rush hour and the longest time to wait on a tow.
