This is the only company I will buy from at this point. There customer service is great, there's never any problem or question they haven't been able to answer or solve. I tend to stick with the blue ballz flavor, sometimes ill use blubacco, anyways I'd recommend The Steam Factory to anyone that buys these type of products (vape). Hard to find these good companies in this business anymore it seems, so I hope they stay around for life.

Love Screwbacco Menthol! The menthol version is nice and doesn't screw with the smoothness of Screwbacco. I'd say it enhances it, in my opinion.

I sent email to the steam factory a question.
It did not take long for Jenn to reply back. I have never experienced some one like her. It was like talking to a friend we talked about different juices shared some pics of my vape products that I use. I could go on and on about her and at the end I told her I'm just going to email her for what I need.
JENN IS SECOND TO NONE.

Dont waist ur time or money, ordered some juice 12 days later no juice. Kept getting the runaround that it was the USPS fault.
