Own many many Times watches since my youth,have never let me down,Awesome Awesome Product,takes a liken and keeps on tickin!

I have a Ironman GPS watch from Timex, and have been trying to get a replacement band for weeks now. Customer service is not giving me any satisfaction on when I can get a replacement band. So I am stuck with a watch that I cannot use just because of a band........ Terrible Timex this is POOR service

I love all my Timex watches. I have quite a few different styles and love them all, especially my new Timex Ironman Move band!!! I would, however, love to see some new styles!

I have/had the T5K018 watch. This is the 3rd strap that has broke. I would only wear it when I would leave to run errands, doctor appointments, or out to eat. There was nothing strenuous about what I was doing that would cause the strap to just snap. I am beyond frustrated with the fact they know this happens and they won't help me or manufacture it better. I was just standing and the band just snapped. I can't keep buying new straps, installing it and expect it to last. Their customer service is horrible. They lie and promise a 30% discount then refuse to give it to you. Only guarantee straps for 1 month. Act bitter when you call them out on their lies. Really disappointed. I am done. Love the watch, hate the strap, hate their so-called service.

My children bought a bunch of timex watches using their savings. The sales staff sold them life time battery replacement card. The showroom doesn't answer any phone and personally visited them twice to find them closed all the time.

I had always liked the timex watches I've had over the years. When the first one quit keeping time after about 15 years of abuse, buying another timex was an easy decision.
BAD MOVE! I had the watch for less than a year before the water resistant to 50 meters started leaking with my arm elbow deep in water. They said the would warranty it which seemed nice at the time until not only did I have to pay for shipping both ways but they sent me a watch that was way to big for my wrist. I knew the watch would be a little different as specified on the website, I thought this meant a different band or color, but a different size watch! This is ridiculous.
Terrible product, worse customer service...I think I'll buy a Sacko this time.

I love the indiglo features from Timex. Thank You for creating a great watch with affordable price. Till now i already collect 4 timex watch. Keep a good Job

Regardless of their product, you've got to admit that they have an absolutely BEAUTIFUL corporate office!
