Sunday lunch today for my birthday with my family of nine was disappointing. We arrived and waited about an hour for our first course. The meat we thought tasted processed. No-one asked if everything was ok or we were happy. Maybe mid week is better. It was a substantial billl to pay.

The food was Luke warm at best, when we gave feedback the response was negative and defensive. Mentioned it again when I paid and we were asked if everything was ok, again the response was the same. Maybe some staff training is required in how to handle these types of complaints and feedback.

I sadly chose to visit this pub with my colleagues. Not only is the food below average, but my work colleague was sexually assulted by one of the locals. The pub then backed the pervert and banned us from ever coming back. I advise anyone who is thinking about spending their money to not.
