Hard to deal with. Don't know anything. Bad communication.

We had a decent size Kitchen expansion project, and went to this firm because they were the company who put in the original cabinets when the house we just bought was built two years ago.

After several visits, and calls, to Kitchen Works, it became a repeated chase to get them to follow up, and even an e-mail to manager & President of Concord Lumber, (who owns them) voicing my displeasure I how long it was taking to get a quote. They finally did respond after my email to the president, but it took over a month to finally get the quote, which was then incomplete and had design questions/issues that now arose and unanswered.

So I contacted my sales person, with those questions, and never got a response back to date. Also I thought it odd that they ever bother to even follow up with me by phone on the quote they'd did sent.

Their lack of communications, non-responsiveness, lack of timeliness and follow-up caused us to "lose all confidence" in buying cabinets and hiring them to do our project!

As a customer, I simply refuse to "chase any company" in order to earn my business! Especially when I clearly was about to spend serious thousands of dollars on a kitchen! -- Instead we went with another kitchen design firm who sold us the same brand cabinets, and who was eager to help. Instead of waiting a month to get a quote, we got one in just two days, and the job was then done quickly to our satisfaction!

But Kitchen Works totally dropped the ball here, and they just acted like they did NOT want our business! How a company can operate that way is beyond me, but it is what happened to us!
