The salesman was very knowledgeable of all there products. Wasn't pressuring me into anything and helped me get the right stuff the first time. I had a problem with the speaker bar I bought and they tried to help me first over the phone then I brought it in and they solved the problem fast and at no charge. Will definitely go back there again.

I recently got a second monitor for my computer, later realizing I needed a HDMI to DVI cable adapter, so I called Team Electronics and asked if they had them. I was told they did, and when I got there I had to wait an hour to get service. Not that big of a deal. However, when I finally did talk to someone about the adapter I needed they found the only one they had in stock; which was a "MONSTER" Ultra HDMI to DVI adapter. (which sells for $5.99 plus $7.00 Shipping on Walmart's website.) He tried to tell me suggested retail of the part was 44 dollars. I told him what they went for online and walked out of the store. Overall, the store looks nice on the inside, but the prices are insane. Don't recommend buying here, only as a last resort!

Guys ordered me a needle for my old zenith, while waiting they answered every question I had with above and beyond help and answers. Very very nice fellows that work there, very knowledgeable and if they can't help you they will give you a number for someone who can. Keep up the great work !!

GREAT TV REPAIR! They fixed my Samsung 4K HDTV in two days (even though they said it typically can take a week). Very professional, courteous, and receptive demeanor (unlike the two Green Bay places I called). The entire job, which included circuit board soldering, was under $160.

Talked to them about a sound base and Oled tv. Very helpful as always.

Shop looks like its still stuck in the 1970's. The employees are very friendly but they charge $126 guaranteed for a diagnostics. Yes it will count towards your service but if you dont continue with their business your money is gone. I needed new backlighting for a LG tv that was 6 years old and was told I would need to pay $350 total on top of our initial $126 fee. I can easily buy an up to date tv for far less with better specifications. Stay away from this place. Save yourself the time and money this business will take from you. Learn from my mistake please!

Went there to inquire about having an Antena put on my house and eliminate my cable TV sick of high bills the guy behind the counter seemed pretty knowledgeable will be coming to the house for installation charges
