Cut grass fine. They were a day late without prior notice. I wondered when I got home why my yard hadn't been cut but later that evening I got an email stating that they would be out the following day so that was fine.

The customer service is not reliable after calling several times because they overcharged me which took a month. The contractor didn't show up and the one before did poor work.
