This company is an absolute sham. They told me they would have my yard done between 9/1-9/5 and they didn t so I called on 9/6 and they told me they didn t even have a contractor in my area which was NOT disclosed to me when they asked me to sign up for service. They said they would find a contractor as soon as possible. The next two days I hear nothing so I called again. The second rep told me getting a contractor would take 7 business days to find, and I said that s too long you told me service would be provided over a week ago and now you want me to wait another week. He told me he couldn t do anything more for me and hung up on me! I sent all this information via email to the home office. They responded several days later apologizing and promising to have someone out by today, 9/14. No one came and I logged into my profile to see my appointment was cancelled. Called customer service again and he says it was cancelled because (you guessed it) THEY STILL HAVENT FOUND A CONTRACTOR. The customer service rep then proceeded to inform me that there s no guarantee they ever will find a contractor and that I should move on and seek business elsewhere. Don t worry, buddy, I will. No one should EVER use this service and they need to be investigated by the Better Business Bureau (which I m reporting them to).
