We have a bi-weekly plan that started in the middle of August and they haven't shown up on time yet. We get the yard maintained every 3 to 4 weeks at most. If we didn't have to use them we wouldn't. The first two times they didn't show up on time some generic email went out but after that they stopped communicating. The plus is they are great about communication when it comes to them being paid so there's that. We're looking into other options and the sooner we can stop using them the better.
