If you need your lawn mowed, I would not trust them to do the job. I used them for maybe 2 months so far. At first, they would be a little late and have to reschedule the service by a day or 2. Lately, they just do not ever show up at all. I have now had my service rescheduled 3 times over the span of about 3 weeks. So it s been over a month since my yard was actually mowed. Every time, I reach out to TaskEasy and they tell me they talked with the contractors and promise they ll be out. Every time, they don t show up. I ve called twice today and they even said theyi promise they will be here by 5pm. It s 6pm now and still no sign of them. Looking like this will be the 4th time in a row they will need to reschedule, and not just by a couple days, this has gone on for weeks. Totally unreliable.

Edit: I see the response from the owner and can t reply, so I will add it in an edit. I have called the number you provided every time my service was rescheduled. I received the same scripted responses every time filled with empty promises. You know my issues and you have records of my case files from my call. If you want to make it right, that s on you, because I am not wasting my time any longer, only to be lied to.
