Switchfast Technologies is wonderful to work with. All of their technicians are friendly and patient. They are super speedy and thorough in their work.

We have been partnered with Switchfast for over 2 1/2 years now. When we engaged them, our IT was mess. SF came in, assessed our 3 locations from a technology perspective and presented various solutions to meet different budgets/goals.

Today they monitor all of our 40+ workstations and 5 servers, including alerts, antivirus and troubleshooting. All of our systems are patched monthly with Microsoft Updates. We even have Switchfast setup on a direct extension of our phone system, so our users can seamlessly engage their helpdesk should they have a problem. They do all of this for a fraction of the cost of a full-time IT Admin and we are able to leverage their broad technological specialities.

Switchfast has also helped us with various projects including a 2008 Domain / Active Directory upgrade, virtual server migration, and a Group Policy (security) implementation. Lastly, SF is our single point of contact for all of our other technology partners. If our phone systems or ISP goes down, SF calls them and starts a trouble ticket.

The IT services at my job are provided by Switchfast and I have always had fast resolutions of the few problems that have surfaced over the past few years.

The technician was very nice and did her best to resolve the problem, trying multiple ways to approach the solution, but in the end was unable to successfully resolve the problem.

I was able to get a quick fix and then a technician was able to call later and get the problem fixed permanently! Thanks Switchfast!
