Staff is exceptionally kind and polite as well. They also will assist you immediately if you have a need. Customer service has been great as well and I have not had a bad interaction yet.

Switchfast is the IT company we use at work. Everyone knows IT issues are the most frustrating! They do a great job of tending to urgent and non-urgent issues during office hours. Also, every technician and employee has always been polite, accommodating and moves quickly.

The only suggestion I would have is an option to receive either phone calls OR emails, rather than a phone call and then an email when you don't answer, in response to new ticket requests. As the person who handles the office's tech issues, it's sometimes an overwhelming amount of contact attempts. That being said, attentive employees is NEVER a negative thing!

Good firm. The important stuff gets taken care of quickly, and the not so important stuff gets taken care of when schedules allow. Some recurring issues that need to get fixed every couple weeks which is sometimes annoying, but it is small stuff. Also, they do a great job crawling the dark web to make sure my personal details aren't out there for everyone to see. Some of my passwords somehow got out and they alerted me!

These guys are great. We have a person comes to our office once a week. They're always willing to help. They're nice people too. If we have any important matters the days they're not in the office we simply open a support ticket and someone gets to it right away.
