This was my experience right at two years ago. Mostly half-trained staff with only one or two fully licensed all within a mirage similar to Alice In Wonderland. Not much professionalism nor well organized in general with little else other than small talk and idle promises. Don't by any means get your hopes up! There are other social service organizations which offer far better dependable professional care without all the deflated flamboyant carrying ons etc.

The service is provided at sunserve range from assistance with housing To one-on-one therapy along with group therapy. It is very well run. I have also found that if they are not able to assist you they are willing to help you find what you may need and assistance.

They work with you on a sliding scale.
It's easy access from Wilton Drive free and parking is limited but plenty of parking for pay

I was not treated with respect or dignity. Antwan performed an inadequate and incorrect intake assessment which delayed my care. Tiffany made all sorts of promises and never followed through. They are more like a high school clique than a place that provides help..

My case manager from AHF coordimated an Appointment for psychiatric treatment. Has i asked him he told them my mental state ill required a paychiatric and they gave him an appointment for today august 30 at 10am. When i got there the receptionist told me that James Fuster wich is NOT a psychiatric wasn't there till 2pm. She was so kind, professional and patient she's simply a LOVELY Trans woman. Then a lady called Alicia came to me with two young ladies telling me that shw will do my "Intake" and they will be "Showding her. I told Alicia i do not want to discuss MY PERSONAL AND MEDICAL stuff with them because they was just training people and i feek not comfort with it so she called another guy who was de "Intake coordinator" the first thing he say to me after intruced his self has been that he wasn't pretended to be a "PAIN IN THE ASS" to me but i has too manny people that needed to be trainned so i told him i wasn't able to let them get into the "Intake" process so he told me then they can NOT help me. After allnof that i ask to talk with the "Excecutive Director" of the center Mark. What a surprise when i noticed that this person was him. He dont even Look like an "excecutive director" we went to a comference room and his attituded was Nasty, Arrogant, and Professionaless. As soon as i explain the situation the answer was "well we have NON Psychiatrics here so we finish" he wasn't even able to apologyce for how tge "staff" treat me before. After all of that i told him his attituded was NOT PROFESSIONAL eighter and he just said "good luck trying to find a Psychiatric" really? I told him in his face he was UNPROFESSIONAL and he just said that i was de "Perfect" what a TRASHY PERSON!!! This place has only one good person. The receptionist.

This place is a blessing on our community. If you are in need of psychiatric care or personal case management, they'll help you with an array of services. The staff there is beyond helpful and friendly. If you are someone like me and have a hard time communicating your needs to a stranger, it is easy to become more comfortable communicating with the angels who work there. I'd recommend this place to anyone, no matter their sexual orientation.
