Can't say enough positive things about Chris at Edge Computers.
I had a problem with my MacBook and took it to a Mac Certified store initially. They charged me and after three and a half weeks of having my laptop and my external hard drive they told me that miracously my external hard drive failed and my MacBook hard drive failed and no data could be saved. I was devestated and in disbelief that my external hard drive was wiped because there was NOTHING wrong with it. I gave it to the certified mac people to try to save any files off of my MacBook (that I figured was toast) and instead they actually wiped 2TBs of memory and handed me back everything in worse shape than when I went in and stuck me with the bill.

Took this problem over to Chris and he not only has my MacBook up and running in perfect condition, but recovered ALL of my files, data and pictures lost from my external hard drive and my MacBook. He really knows what he is doing and I will always recommend him to anyone in Etobicoke or nearby! Amazing work. Thank you again Chris. Words can't describe how thankful I am for the work you did to save my files and restore my MacBook!

I went to this store based on the google reviews, and I'm glad I did! Chris figured out my computer issues and saved me a lot of money. I'm sure if I had went to one of the box stores they would not have spent the time he did, and would have tried to sell me a new computer. Love supporting local business. I've had a couple computer issues lately. One was a hard drive and the other a monitor. Both issues were fixed to complete satisfaction. Will definitely be coming back and referring friends.

I have been dealing with Chris at Edge Computers for about 7 years. I have purchased a couple of desktop computers and 3 laptops. My latest purchase was an HP laptop with 1TB hard drive and 16MB of memory. What a fabulous unit. Shame that it came loaded with Windows 10. Got rid of that in favour of Windows 7 Pro.

The first time I've gone there. I explained my problem with my computer, Chris said easy fix gave me a quote which I thought was more than reasonable. As it turned out, the problem was bigger than expected, he spent a lot more time fixing the problem and I was so surprised when he charged me the original quote. His answer was that was my quote and sometimes fixes are quicker and sometimes not. I know where we'll be going in the future and I'll tell my friends also.

Drink fell on laptop. Flooded keyboard. Computer wouldn't turn on after. Thought it was toast. Edge Computers diagnostic fee is a no brainer when you're thinking of throwing out computer. Repaired it for very fair price. Before you give up on your computer go here.

They always help me with what I need, or give an honest answer as to why it can't be done, and they do not charge enough - I don't ever say that about any other place!

I had an issue of a flickering screen. A friend of mine recommended I come check out Edge. I went to "geek squad" a few months prior to have the same laptop looked at (not crazy old but had some issues) I took it to edge saying it was just serviced and now it is flickering. He opened it up- saw GS had not connected the cord fully to the monitor causing it to flicker and sometimes shut off fully.

beyond that he also found 2 screws that were inside the computer but not had fallen out... ie just in there carelessly with 0 purpose likely causing physicical damage inside my laptop...

After 10 min of looking at it Edge only charged me $15 to get the job done and now I am able to post this review without flicker or fear my screen will black out. THANKFULLY as I have a presentation next week where by this will be my computer to use.

Amazing superbly talented guy, best thing he knows what he is doing. I got my high end gaming computer assembled from him today,same day service most of the time, he took only 3Hrs to put everything together in my PC including OS system. He was quick and the assembly is neat. Also, he has excellently knowledge of computers so if you are not sure about something ask him. He gave me genuine advice. There is always some parking spots available in front of the shop so very convenient for everyone. In terms of service charges, i can almost guarantee there won't be a cheaper place than this with such good services. Definitely a 5 service. Thanks !
