Stinger Harley-Davidson

After experiencing moderate rain east of Cleveland, I got a check engine light come on. Rolled into Stinger HD 30 minutes prior to closing. Service tech Chuck rolled the diagnostics out and confirmed as possible water intrusion into one of the coils. Cleared the issue with no further recurrences. Very grateful for the amazing customer service.

We drove over 4 hours to purchase my new(used) bike and we would do it again in a heartbeat! Our sale person Josh-amazing!!! The dealership- amazing! The whole transaction was amazing ! I only wish we lived closer this would definitely be our go to dealership! If only more dealerships were as informative. knowledgeable , kind and friendly as Stinger !

Had to drop into Stinger on my way to a Cavs game. Convenient location right off I71. Had a buddy buy a bike here a few years ago, said he was happy with them. I just dropped in to check out the location and pick up a poker chip for my collection. Very friendly sales associates.

I called Stinger based in the fact that they're an independent dealer. I'd been interested in a Street Bob for a couple years now. Darren (my sales person) worked with me for hours over the phone trying to find just the right bike for me. After all the hoops I made him jump through, we ended up back at the Street Bob. After all the work he put in, I was able to pick up my new bike after work. I got to the dealership just after 5 PM (they close at 6). Within an hour and 15, I was on my way. I couldn't be happier with my experience and will recommend them to everyone from here on out.

Had my bike worked on because check engine light was coming on. The staff was great, fast, courteous So far the check engine light hasn't come back on. All n all great job

I don't normally post reviews but this experience all around stood out. The purchase of my new 2021 street glide was excellent. Not once did I feel rushed or pushed in any certain direction. I was also shown other bike options that might have been a little more suitable to my budget. Delivery of my bike was timely and the driver was polite. Then the cherry on the cake being getting a screw in my tire at 250 miles. The service department was more than accommodating and actually got me in same-day in and out. 100% satisfied and will continue to use Stinger Harley even though it's well out of my way vs other dealerships.

We drove 600 miles from Cleveland Tennessee to Elyria Ohio stopped here to pick up a dress shirt for my husband we are attending his best friends funeral when he put the shirt on they never took the magnetic strip off then we had to go searching for sure suitable shirt for the funeral and that made us late we went back there it took us 40 minutes each way plus toll booths and fuel to get the magnetic strip removed all they Said is I m sorry there is nothing they can do maybe offer us 20% discount but since they gave us a military discount they said they can t do anything. we had to leave the reception early and say goodbye to the family so we can get to this dealership before they closed because there was no way we can do that the next day since we are leaving at 5o clock in the morning very bad experience
