My husband and I just purchased a Lance 975 truck camper from Jeff, no pressure, easy to deal with. The service department was great scheduling and getting it ready to pick up. The walk through was very thorough, The technician mounting the supports and wiring the truck was very knowledgeable. We would definitely recommend Avalon RV Center

Our salesman Winn Sheppard went above and beyond finding the perfect RV for us. He's so friendly and was very patient with us. After purchase, Matt the service tech spent over an hour with us, explaining everything in great detail on the walk through. During closing, Scott in F/I really made us very comfortable and explained all the documents and went out of his way for us. It's a large purchase and we are very happy. Thank you very much and we would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for an RV.
Great service! We had some small but needed taken care of issues with our 42 FLDL and they set a date and time came out fixed them and offered advice and suggestions. Very happy with Avalon
This is probably the best RV dealer in Ohio. They make finding RVs extremely easy with how their website works, and you can even get the lowest price on any RV they have before you walk into the showroom.
The salesmen were all great and Scott, the GM went above and beyond to answer any questions.
This place even gave away a free trailer to Make A Wish. A+ company here
Total lack of communication makes for a very poorly run establishment. MISSING customer service.

Thanks for responding back. We did call the salesperson that morning at 8:57 am according to my cell phone log. I was told to come on in. Also after arriving, I was not told the trailer was sold... The sales person took us to see the trailer. We were informed while looking at the trailer after 30 minutes, from another salesperson that the trailer had been sold the night before. Maybe you could have called me instead of having this whole thing on Google.. again back to communication
We had a really good experience buying our travel trailer from Avalon. We ended up having a couple issues during one of our trips within our 30 day warranty for used trailers. James and Greg were able to get us in and out before our next trip.
We could not get them to return our calls on our deal. When we mentioned this, all we got was "I apologize we are busy" that's it ...we called almost everyday for 5 days and 1 call was returned when we were not at home. Mind you, they ran our credit and took the $500 deposit that friday March 12 2021. We were told Robyn's would call us in a day or 2, never happened. We just picked it up today 4.6.2021. All you had to say was "you know what, that was not right and we do apologize " . Not excuses.
Ps- please note that if the whole situation was handled more professionally, this could have been avoided.
We have had nothing but pleasant, easy interactions with Avalon RV sales and service! Our sales guy, Jeff, answered EVERY question, offered advice and his vast knowledge and experience about all things RV. Moreover, he was kind and easygoing. When it came time to pick up the camper, Matt carefully explained all the minutiae involved with our new camper. As first-time owners, we had loads of questions and he was patient and thorough. Dave expertly installed our weight distribution hitch and also provided us detailed instructions on its use. Each gentleman was a pleasure to work with! We are so happy with our experience at Avalon.
