Absolutely incredible experience (again) thanks to Don V., Ted and the Team. They go above and beyond to make sure we get everything we need approved before they get into production and they always keep their promise completing jobs on time. Huge showroom with an even bigger Embroidery and Screen printing production area. All is done in-house. Thank you for all your hard work!

Terrible service and communication. Ted Zuse the owner, is an absolute nutbag. Went there to order company clothing and all Ted did was make jokes and laugh in my face. Was told clothing would be ready in a week, didn't get it until 3 weeks later. Not to mention I was missing apparel and they totally screwed up the design. They claim to be all about their customer service but I have to say they have the worst customer service I've yet to see. Would not recommend going here, better off spending your time elsewhere.
