managing the property they sent two plumbers to fix it. No 24 hours notice, no communication, we just found these guys in the house ...

If I could give 0 stars I would. I own a flat in a property we, as freeholders, pay them to manage. All they manage is to take the fee.
They do not respond to valid emails. Do not provide a good service and we will be looking for another managing agent, which is what we should have done long ago...
