I bought two retro multi s in November 2013 and installed them into my renovated pool. I have just recently bought my 4th replacement as my lights failed one after the other during this time. These lights look amazing when they are operating, unfortunately they do not last and are expensive to buy/replace. My supplier at Molendinar advised me to stick with the single colour lights as they don t have as many problems as the multi colours. Wish he told me that in 2013.

Have had to replace my pool led lights every 2-3 years. The lights fill with water or just fail. Have discussed with customer service not much help offered a 5 % Discount to replace a 18 month old light.

I have two spa electrics multi led pool lights one of them encountered a problem resulting in me having to send back to spa electrics. Upon inspection the light was replaced to my delight of course, but the customer service was second to none and I would not hesitate to recommend spa electrics products. if you are prepared to spend money on quality pool lights spa electrics should be your go to for all your lighting needs. Thanks to all involved in diagnostic department for all your hard work, thanks to management for all the quality assurance procedures in place to give us a quality product, thanks to all involved in production of such a wonderful product but a special shout out has to go to Fatimah in my opinion this wonderful lady is a customer service guru and without your help, positive attitude this would not have been sorted so promptly.

Most amazing customer support ever. I went to the pool expo in 2017 and saw these guys there. After reading about their products I decided to go ahead and purchase them. The product is very good. Clean slim look and very very bright. Now, this is when a company shows their true colours. I had problem with one of my lights and based on their observation, they decided to help me as if I just purchased the products 1 week ago. Amazing after sales customer service and a huge Thank you to Kelly.

Excellent service provided by Kelly and Rose in exchanging a faulty pool light which was over 2 years old. I called them at 8:45am and by 9:00am I was on my merry way with my brand new light.
Thanks guys for the excellent service, this is the second time I ve had the same issue and the first time I was treated in the exact same manner. Very rare to find company s like this any more.
