The apartment was wonderful and I like it so relaxing and the stuff was great and helpful and smiles people all the time .
And the room so big and relaxing the furniture is great. The view was wonderful.
But my only complaint was the air conditioning was bad so little hot and the Maintenance dose not fix it

Place is nice but there's a little problem about some security guards..

Beautiful towers located in the Marina area of Dubai. There are residences there and we ended up staying here from some Air BnBs. It's conveniently located to several of the essential landmarks of the Marina and a great (but crowded) place to stay.

Nice place, the building has Banks, shopping mall, restaurant and valet parking. Its a 1 stop shop for tourist and local residence

May be a good Compund and housed but their sales team specially the one in sheikh Zaid road are the name of corruption with their 3rd part agencies that they used to get them clients and they do share percentages together and trap the client real one of the real bad experience in a great city and country but their is always something ... really one of the worthiest experience ever dealing with such company and their subsidiaries agencies that they used to get the clients to rent houses from as they are is a big mafia together hope the owners one day to find the details in depth of what s going on their very bad experience due to non competent sales team dealing with client ...

One of the most iconic towers in Dubai Marina, containing a Banks branch, the bar Trader's Vics, shopping and a very nice pool area. Despite the modern design the towers are older than all surrounding towers.
