So far, I have seen nothing to make me think this is better than other software available. The customer service was great to get us signed up, but as soon as we became a paying customer, we have had a hard time getting actual help. I am very disappointed.
This has been a refreshing change, Since we have went paperless it has really helped the office and the crew run so much more efficiently.
We invested a ton into the software for a year package and our time for the set up but at every turn we encountered a problem and the only option was to email customer support which can take days if not a week to get back to you. Not what I expected, why can t I just talk to a human being!
