Loved this software when we first signed on. Has a lot of appealing features however a little over a year into using it however and customer service is non responsive and simple things like syncing to Quickbooks, the credit card processor they stick you with, and glitches and errors have us reconsidering. They keep adding features without fixing the basic things. They have no idea how their program works with the other programs it allows you to sync with and use.
