SingleOps allows me to run 2-3 crews by myself in the office due to its organization, it is reliable wherever my crews are and efficient for in the office AND out in the field! Highly recommend. Single Ops has revolutionized the way we do business! The customizable templates have allowed us to design proposals and invoices that suit our needs, as well as our customers'. The route planner enables our arborists to use their time more efficiently when preparing estimates. Loved this software when we first signed on. Has a lot of appealing features however a little over a year into using it however and customer service is non responsive and simple things like syncing to Quickbooks, the credit card processor they stick you with, and glitches and errors have us reconsidering. They keep adding features without fixing the basic things. They have no idea how their program works with the other programs it allows you to sync with and use.
I cannot say enough good things about SingleOps! Their program has made our day to day operations so much easier. We can now track customer communications, jobs, and scheduling much more efficiently. All the staff I have communicated with, like Jason and Nick, have been delightful. They are always helpful and responsive. I look forward to growing with SingleOps!
So far, I have seen nothing to make me think this is better than other software available. The customer service was great to get us signed up, but as soon as we became a paying customer, we have had a hard time getting actual help. I am very disappointed.
This has been a refreshing change, Since we have went paperless it has really helped the office and the crew run so much more efficiently.
We invested a ton into the software for a year package and our time for the set up but at every turn we encountered a problem and the only option was to email customer support which can take days if not a week to get back to you. Not what I expected, why can t I just talk to a human being!
SingleOps just keeps getting better. If you have an issue let them know, if there is something you wish the product could do let them know, because you wont have to wait long before it becomes a new feature! The ease of converting jobs, scheduling jobs, routing and tracking teams has made my job so easy...too easy.

Best Software for the green Industry. We love the capabilities two way communication with our accounting software. We put out about 100 estimates a week and complete about 40 one off jobs a week, and SingleOps keeps track of all of it for us. We have also had a great experience with the customer service. They always respond to me within 24 hours. I can also just call my account manager, and he will answer usually and take care of any issues. Great Company.
Overall, SingleOps is a wonderful software for the green industry. It far exceeds any other software company we have used thus far. We have had a few glitches with reporting and QB syncing, however the support team is always an email away and they're very helpful in solving any issues that may arise. We highly recommend considering SingleOps as your software provider!
