The rooms here and the service are great. The dining here is also good. But somehow, every year my company comes here, the rooms get screwed up in some way or another. Under booking, over booking, price inflation at the last minute by $100+ a night... The staff is always helpful about it but it gets old.

I recently visited the Sheraton Hotel for a wedding in which my best friend got married. He actually got married at the Coco Palms down the street but the the grooms men all changed in one of their rooms. They were clean and beautiful. The main hall was was also beautiful and guest services was very helpful with our shuttle down to the restaurant. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends.

Attended a wedding at the Sheraton Fairplex Hotel. The grounds where the wedding was held was beautifully decorated. The flavored water offered to guest while waiting for the bride wad a nice touch. The room is which the reception was held was inviting and the employees respectful and helpful. I would recommend this hotel for an event.

Good size suite with many door to separate sleeping area and restroom from reception area. Relatively modern, with key card entry control, rather then card swipe. Limited usb charging ports. Serious issue with room availability. With confirmed reservation, tried to check in 30 minutes early, and was told we had to wait for normal check in time. Ran some errands and tried checking in again after the approved check in time and was told no rooms were ready and they would call us when a room was available. They did call while we out to dinner and we checked in that night. When we checked out the next day we found out the our credit card charge did not match check out bill. We had to call the bank to dispute the charge and get it corrected. Stayed at two other hotels in the area during the last month and this was by far the worst experience. Parking is an extra charge and posted signs warn you park at your own risk.

Got an email at end of stay that they are charging me for water bottles that they placed in the room after closer review one shows that it says free the other shows in a very small area that it cost money. What the heck! We brought 2 kids one of whom cannot read because she is 3 years old. If your goin to charge for that keep it down in the main lobby. Be very carefull of hidden charges when you stay here. Plus it's very loud by elevator rooms with people getting on and off.

They refunded my stay on water bottles that kids opened up, it really was a pleasant hotel

If I could I would give it zero stars, let me start by saying that this hotel is way over priced for what you get, got it on hotwire for a lesser price and still left disappointed. First room they gave me was dirty. Crumbs on the floor, refrigerator was dirty like someone spilled something on it, hairs on the restroom floor, trash behind drawers, and tv had hand marks from I guess a child that was there before us. Got moved to a second room which was ok, except for a couple crickets I had to kill in the middle of the night. Next morning got up to make coffee and noticed it had a funky smell and was expired. Went downstairs to see if they had coffee for guest and they wanted to charge me(for the same coffee that is in rooms). Later that after noon we went down to the pool and Jacuzzi, and to no surprise the Jacuzzi was not working, plus had dead bugs and leaves all in it. Pool was the same. Disgusted my wife wanted to at least try the sauna, and left cause it had roaches in it. Water that they charge for in the room had something floating inside of it like mold. Hotel doesn't offer a complementary breakfast or coffee, if you want to upgrade for the club lounge which includes a breakfast you will have to pay $35 dollars a person's per day. Which at that point I rather not eat there because of all the dirtiness. No free WiFi. Felt like this hotel wants to nickle and dime you for everything. Also when they charged me the security deposit, they wanted to charge me double because their system showed that I didn't pay, not until I showed them my account off my phone did they stop asking me to pay again. You are better off staying somewhere else that at least gives you the basics at no extra charge. Not worth $200 a night. I am not picky person and have traveled and stayed at nice hotels.First and very last time staying at a Sheraton.

The place wasn't cleaned and we were there in quarantine for 14 days, the restroom soap dish was molded under neath it and the grab bar had some kind of white substance underneath it. The mini fridge took days to get cold, but the Health Care Staff was Exceptional 5 Stars and i am not saying that because i am one and the provided toys for the kids Christmas, 3 meals a day, and a outfit if you needed it. them.

This place is Gorgeous... I spend alot of time in this area or close by but I found this to be a hidden jewel and very nice big rooms that u have to see to believe. 2 TVs in each room that's how nice they are and very clean and updated to make you come back. I been here twice in 3 weeks and plan on coming alot more.
