They were very professional, but they were not sending my payments to my doctor office because they some how got lost and I had to wait 2 months before I could make an appointment with my doctor because of the payments not being sent.

They collect incorrect data on people and wil not correct their misinformation.

Got wrongfully charged but got it taken care of after a phone call. Just waiting to see my "collections" paid to show up.

I checked my credit and, i found out this Southern credit Adjuster asking medical bill i never been Nash hospital in rocky mount for any service related to me im trying call them no answer no account number on my credit report for me to dispute .

1800 number on bills is a dead line, no one answers and it hangs up before you can leave message...they sent me a collection notice a month after I had settled debt with original company.
