Jes Esp Review of Sheraton Suites Fairplex
If I could I would give it zero stars, let me star...
If I could I would give it zero stars, let me start by saying that this hotel is way over priced for what you get, got it on hotwire for a lesser price and still left disappointed. First room they gave me was dirty. Crumbs on the floor, refrigerator was dirty like someone spilled something on it, hairs on the restroom floor, trash behind drawers, and tv had hand marks from I guess a child that was there before us. Got moved to a second room which was ok, except for a couple crickets I had to kill in the middle of the night. Next morning got up to make coffee and noticed it had a funky smell and was expired. Went downstairs to see if they had coffee for guest and they wanted to charge me(for the same coffee that is in rooms). Later that after noon we went down to the pool and Jacuzzi, and to no surprise the Jacuzzi was not working, plus had dead bugs and leaves all in it. Pool was the same. Disgusted my wife wanted to at least try the sauna, and left cause it had roaches in it. Water that they charge for in the room had something floating inside of it like mold. Hotel doesn't offer a complementary breakfast or coffee, if you want to upgrade for the club lounge which includes a breakfast you will have to pay $35 dollars a person's per day. Which at that point I rather not eat there because of all the dirtiness. No free WiFi. Felt like this hotel wants to nickle and dime you for everything. Also when they charged me the security deposit, they wanted to charge me double because their system showed that I didn't pay, not until I showed them my account off my phone did they stop asking me to pay again. You are better off staying somewhere else that at least gives you the basics at no extra charge. Not worth $200 a night. I am not picky person and have traveled and stayed at nice hotels.First and very last time staying at a Sheraton.
