The layout of the hotel inside is very unique and pretty, the rooms were clean but they had no fringe. The service was amazing. We had a large work event and the indoor restaurant/ bar stayed later than their usual closing time to accommodate us. Overall a great experience!

Stayed two-three times. Got room #401 entitled to have breakfast at 12 fl club area. When i entered it, a lady who worked there shouted "Room number??!" I said "excuse me?" Hoped she will ask more polite way. Not really, nothing close to came out of her second time, same "Room number?!"

GPS can't find it. Hotel bathroom could use some cleaning, there was no mini fridge in our room and when we needed a cold drink we went to the vending machine to pay $3 for a sprite that didn't end up working. Fire alarm went off during our stay. Overall it could have been a lot better

Very nice and new. Close to the Springfield MGM so you can walk. Terrific staff. Upgraded our room for 10 anniversary. You may want to stay here instead of the casino.
