I don't understand how they are still in business ...

I don't understand how they are still in business being across the street from the Marriot. I have had better experiences at the Red Roof Inn! Very outdated, we had an old box TV in our room and the rest of the room was pretty dark and gloomy even with all of the lights on and there was nothing special about it.. When you reserve the club room and lounge make sure you re getting the club room and not just access to the lounge. The staff was very uninformed and misleading, we were told that our room came with free continental breakfast and when we asked the front desk were to go they sent us to the restaurant on the fourth floor who then informed us that it ended an hour prior and was on the twelfth floor. One of the employees told us that the hot tub has been out of service for over three years, the steam room in the ladies locker room wasn't working and the sauna is unbearable. I would recommend booking through Travelocity or another site other than their own their policies on the site apparently no longer apply and the prepaid rate is not really prepaid... They took the money out of my account when I booked and then told me that the payment never went through and I wasn t notified until two months later at check in. Parking and internet are overpriced as well as the restaurant. Overall I was not satisfied and will never stay there again, worst weekend of our lives! I will spend a little extra and stay at the Marriot!
