Worst customer service ever! the company has about 5 employees and half of them do not speak english. Tech Ed came to look at our formax and told us that the product is garbage and what else would i expect for the price i paid. Agree with the comments on this thread. Half the posts took months to even warrant a comment by the company. says it all lol...if you want my machine, its on kijiji..i will sell for $2,000 with all handpieces. REGRET my decision going with this FRAUD asaf. no support, no marketing, NOTHING. buyer beware....

Happy with our Omnimax. Have a new aesthetician that reports positive reviews from her patients. Any issues are quickly and efficiently handled by their excellent customer service personnel. We recently had an issue with a power surge due to a lightening storm and Sharplight had a new surge protector sent ASAP along with an outstanding serviceman.
The photos they show you, versus the photos that actually exist are photoshopped. For those that have been scammed into sharplight, we need to start a class action lawsuit showing these fraudlant results! I have obtained all the original photos. I got treatments done yesterday, hair removal under the arm, photo facial, hyperpigmentation, and hand treatment, I started seeing a difference within 12 hours because I woke up in the middle of the night and went to the bathroom looked at my face and hands and oh my god they were already looking better. Not only that I asked about 50 questions to the technician about the device which cost around $50,000, and I asked all the staff as well, they knew everything about the equipment it was so impressive I will definitely be going back for multiple treatments. It s my first time getting any of these type of treatment and I was worried and scared honestly. But once I questioned everyone there and I felt comfortable moving forward I have to say it s the best decision I ever made because my (new) skin issues were really bothering me and I was getting really insecure about them and now I m so grateful that my skin is going to start looking better again. I have now had a SharpLight system for a few years and have had only positive experiences with the company as a whole and its staff. Marketing and customer service was an extremely important factor for me when looking to incorporate laser into my business. I wanted a company who was going to help me succeed and SharpLight has done just that. The support and marketing programs that SharpLight offers has been fantastic and I am so happy with the decision I made.
3 years ago, I decided to go for sharp light skin rejuvenation on my face and chest as well as hair removal treatments all over my body (legs, bikini, underarms, etc.). After doing 4 rejuvenation and 6 hair removal sessions I can honestly say the results exceeded my expectations. Even after my first hair removal treatment, almost 50% of my hair did not grow back and I was absolutely stunned and it didn't even hurt. My previous experience with other lasers were much more painful even with the use of topical numbing cream. Although I paid 2x the price of a nearby clinic offering similar treatments with a different device, I understand now that you truly get what you pay for. I would recommend sharp light to anyone who wants either of these treatments!
Have been seeing our sharp light laser machine sit in the corner to never be used for the past year. We were assured this was a great investment, Can't believe how the sales team will lie and push a machine on you. No help from the company either after numerous phone calls. $100,000 down the drain. I would stay away from this company.

We purchased the machine for our salon with a million promises from the rep that sold us the machine and the company. I previously wrote a review but once sharplight seen the review, that is when the company many few efforts to come out to our salon and "TRY" to assist with helping us promote the machine and get business. When the meeting happened, the two reps from the company made all these promises and created all these marketing strategies, not once did they mention that it would be an extra cost to us, keeping in mind our invoice included marketing costs when the machine was originally purchased, they also wanted extra cost on top of that. Anyway, I got numerous email from the Marketing department, that in order for them to help us further, I would need to remove my review on google. Well, again taking their word for it, we removed the review, the moment the review was removed, we never heard from Sharplight and if we did, it involved a cost. We were also suppose to go for a refresh course, we got one call to organise a date, in which we weren't able to make that specific date, rep said she would call us back, never heard from her again. Whether or not, the product they sell is good or not, it is also important to have good representation from their reps and employees, we have had nothing but headaches dealing with this company. They also finance from a 3rd party company, I would warn anyone to make sure you read the fine prints before you sign any documents with this company. They make a million promises but once they all received their commission cheques, it's a complete different story and battle. Our business has completed crashed since we signed on with this company and they could careless, it's all about money for them.

Can't say enough good things about SharpLight. Their Omnimax Laser system is a really effective business tool. The fact that it is a multi-attachment system makes a lot of business sense, as you don't need to buy multiple machines in order to have a full range of services in a clinic. We use all of the the attachments frequently and with great results. Sharplight's support team is the best in the business. Whenever we had any kind of issue or a question, Assaf's team responded immediately and with great professionalism. We are very happy with Sharplight in general and would recommend them to any business in medical or Aesthetic fields.
Our Salon & Spa had a laser almost a decade ago, and as a business proposition, it was a flop. Ultimately, it failed because it was painful, and not as effective as we expected, or clients hoped.
Given that experience, we were very circumspect about laser in general and claims made by different platforms specifically. Then, one of our trusted Brand reps from Jane Iredale told us about a Fractional Facial she'd received at a Spa in Red Deer. She said it was uncomfortable (she compared it to a mild sunburn) but not painful, and the results were remarkable. So we took a trip to Red Deer and met with the Spa owner firsthand. The company has been great with me as well but I have to say that Sabah goes the extra mile always. She has helped improve my business so much and I can't thank her enough.

I seriously question this companies eithics and business operations in general. They do not stand by their clients. Buyer beware. They will promise you the world and when you realize its not for you they will make it nearly impossible for you to recoup any of your investment. Either they only offer a fraction of what you paid or they will feed your buyer false information and pigeonhole them into refusing to buy from you by inflating their start up costs / warraties and training with them and offering them new and used machines at better but still much higher pricepoints. They are a greedy greedy company and I wouldn't want to touch them again with a 100 foot pole. They will do what they have to do to stay on top no matter who it is they have to step on. Choosing Sharplight was a terrible business decision on my part that I can't unfortunately take back. I hope any buyer heads this warning.

Just to make you aware about Sharp light Technologies is a Canadian base company. We were contract in Orlando Florida to installed one of their equipment and never got paid for the job. After the job was done we have tried to communicate with Mellissa Hishon and Cassandra Triumbari and no answers at all. We are in the process of filing a BBB report and a fraud report. Please be aware of this company.
