Our Salon & Spa had a laser almost a decade ago, and as a business proposition, it was a flop. Ultimately, it failed because it was painful, and not as effective as we expected, or clients hoped.

Given that experience, we were very circumspect about laser in general and claims made by different platforms specifically. Then, one of our trusted Brand reps from Jane Iredale told us about a Fractional Facial she'd received at a Spa in Red Deer. She said it was uncomfortable (she compared it to a mild sunburn) but not painful, and the results were remarkable. So we took a trip to Red Deer and met with the Spa owner firsthand. To make a long story short, that led to a meeting with the Sharplight Rep, Anca Radom, who dispelled any lingering reservations we still had.

We purchased the Omnimax S4 in June, trained in August, and just launched our new MediSpa division.

The range of services we can now offer (that complement both our existing Spa services and skin care products) is incredible. We can now deliver virtually pain free, long lasting results (due to the proprietary cooling tip and ability to fine-tune parameters).

One of the reasons we chose Sharplight was its incredible Team that we consider partners? From the beginning, we have been trained and cheered on by Anca, Pam LaRose and Roberto Schieda. We also want to give a huge shout out to Caylee Kalisky, who has provided tons of invaluable graphic design work to ensure we tailor the wealth of Sharplight marketing assets into the Branded tools we need and use every day.

To me, integrity means walking the talk; and far too often, we've been schmoozed to the point of sale, and then left stranded. Sharplight's team is truly authentic, always accessible and very responsive to anything we need - so they're walking the talk long after the ink has dried.
