Ordered marker to be installed by September 7, 2018. Now December 31- still not done. Lady in Beckley was friendly and helpful but since then I've been sadly disappointed.

Allen Cosby and the office staff did a great job helping me with all the arrangements in selecting and erecting my parents headstone. I live out of state and Allen personally drove to our family cemetery and took photographs of their plot and flagged where to place the stone.

Ordered 2 head stones for replacement of 2 very old markers in July 2018. It is now March 2019 and those have not been set , nearly 8 months and they have my 1600 dollars for the markers. Never again will I use Sears Monuments. Going to call 1 more time to see what the problem is then it's to the WV...

We are very pleased with the monument we purchased for my parents. Sears Monument and Allen Cosby went above and beyond to see that everything was done right. I would highly recommend them if you're looking for a beautiful Monument and outstanding customer service.

Sears Monument Company handled adding a missing date to a headstone from 47 years ago - over the phone. They were helpful and detailed, and they even mailed me a photo of the work when it was done. We appreciate their work and are pleased with the end result. The price was very reasonable.

Sears Monument did an outstanding job on my wife's Headstone. It was Beautiful. And even tho we had 16+ inches of snow they were still able to install on time.
