I greatly benefited from having JJ sell me my car. He was honest and clear in his explanations to my questions during the process; I really felt like he had my back during it all. It was because of his alert attention that I got the car I got because he suddenly recalled that a Prius had just been brought in, waiting to be cleaned, giving me much more of a choice. As that very car was the one I bought, I am eternally grateful for him for noticing, and telling me about it.

Went there to look at a car found one I was interested in but all I wanted to do was see if the numbers would work for me. But before I knew it the salesman did a hard inquiry on me without my permission I was under the impression we were just discussing my payoff. This was not ok with me!!! I want this hard inquiry to be removed ASAP

When you go to this place, make sure they do the job you ask for. For instance they were supposed to do an oil change and tire rotation. When I got my car back they didn't do the tire rotation. Mark your tires and check after. I guess because the tires are fairly new the mechanic just said "f@k it I'll leave them like that, the customer is not going to notice it"!!!

Came to service my wife's car and to test drive some vehicles for me. Had a salesman (didn't give us his name),he ran to get some keys and 20 minutes later he still didn't come back. So, we decided to sit and wait for her car. Maybe your salesmen need to have better customer service, if they didn't we might of brought me one.

Terrible. Made an appointment and they did not honor it. They told me the wait time was 5 hours for service. They told me I should wait as it it was a doctors office. Will not recommend to anyone. I have been a Toyota owner for 6 years. They don t even wanted to take me home. Terrible!

Got a quote for oil change at $25. Really cost $50. They tell you that part after it's done. Standard crooked dealership games.

Run of the mill Toyota dealership. Service staff has a superiority complex, and the showroom interior needs a massive overhaul. It feels like the Sams Club of auto dealerships, but this is an advantage concerning the massive inventory selection and pricing.

Well Savannah Toyota has done it again. Took my car in this past saturday Saturday for a new radiator. Service advisor Justin told me multiple times that the price was including all taxes and fees and I could use my Savannah Toyota coupon as well. Got there to pick up my car yesterday and of course the invoice was wrong. After nearly arguing with the service manager, she calls him up and he tells me that he didn't say that, which is a bold face lie. Fast forward... They get my bill right and I pay. Car was pulled up and I immediately noticed that yet again my car missed the complimentary wash and vacuum. Perhaps there's a cut off time that I always miss. You would think that when a person is getting major service done, the least they could do is remember the complimentary services that they advertise. Anyway, I got in my car pulled out of the bay and then noticed that the driver door arm rest of my 2009 Camry was damaged. I immediately backed up and spoke with another advisor who took pictures and advised me that he spoke with the manager who was well aware of the situation and they'd be calling me today to resolve. Well it's 7:54pm and I haven't spoken with anyone from Savannah Toyota regarding fixing my door. Tomorrow I'll be contacting Toyota corporate offices. They will not get away with this! And they will fix what they messed up. I will never spend another dime at this place. The service is nothing like it used to be! All they want to do is make money off of you. They care nothing about what type of service they are providing. Management should be ashamed!! There's one star here because 0 stars isn't an option. But i guess 1 star is good because I must say that Mr. Sandy with Toyota Rent A Car was absolutely awesome! He was very welcoming. Didn't gripe or complain about having to call and verify my insurance like the old agents used to.

Financial officer gets TESTIEE when questioned about warranty, and tells me to look it up on under the manufacturer.
No Just Wrong In My Book!!!

My wife and I were actually traveling from Kings Bay, Georgia and headed home to Virginia when we broke down in Savannah, Georgia! Our 2016 Kia Soul's engine blew and left us deserted! It only had a little over 116,000 miles! We were devastated, stranded, and FAR from home! Long story short... Sydney Fosnight sold us a brand spanking new Toyota Corolla and bought our broken down lemon Kia Soul from us! The BEST trade we ever got from any dealer! Now we own a VERY dependable Toyota Corolla that gets excellent gas mileage! Thanks Sydney! We are FOREVER grateful!

I live 2 hours away. My local dealer was not working with me to get me what I wanted. Called and spoke to David over the phone and found they had what I wanted on the lot. I drove over 100 miles to check out the truck and sat down to discuss payment. David's offer was great, so great that I was confused on what I should do. I felt that I had to haggle some, even though the offer was greater than I expected it to be. We had a good laugh about the numbers, I signed, and moved on to finance.

Paublo was the next guy I dealt with. I had never traded a vehicle I still owed on before, but he knew exactly how my finance company (my personal credit union) would handle the difference and got everything set up as it should. Without his knowledge, I would still be working on closing this deal. Returned a few days later, as I was waiting for my check to arrive in the mail, and met Johnny.

Johnny filled out my check, allowed me to review everything, and called up the bank to get an authorization code. All I had to do was sign the check and done deal.

All I experienced with this dealership was exceptional professionalism, realism, and down to earth employee's that form a well-rounded team. I would definitely do business with them in the future. Thanks for everything Savannah Toyota!

Just bought a 2017 Toyota corolla from here and I Absolutely love it! I m (was) a Honda girl past two cars have been Honda and I swore I was never going to another brand. I was wrong. Kewyn was phenomena!!!!! I was unsure about the price and fees and everything that goes into buying a car as this was the 1st time I was buying a car all by myself but he took his time to help me and tell me everything I need to know. He was knowledgeable , professional , and everything you are looking for in a sales associate. And this car omg! U barley even have to drive the car with all the cool features the Lane assistant that keeps u in ur lane to the auto bright lights to the Cruise control that automatically slows down if there is another car. You cannot beat this place!!! Everyone was super friendly even friendly to my 85 pound pit bull that I brought with me. He loves the attention and all the treats he got. Last servicing they cracked one of my hubcaps. This time, I set up an appointment for 1 pm. I got there 20 minutes early, and told them a serving was due again. They tell me to pull into the bay and say someone will be with me shortly to discuss what maintenance my truck needs. Well 1:40 rolls around, and then they finally take my truck. But they never came to talk to me. Here we are at 2pm, and still waiting for anything to be done. No one here is helpful. They're too worried about what flea medicine their dogs are allergic to.

today, i made the mistake of letting the service advisor talk me into getting my fuel injectors cleaned. my phone died while i was there, so i didn't have the chance to look it up or call someone for advice. once i got home and looked it up and made a phone call, turns out i could have put some fluid in my gas to clean it out myself. now i'm out of $230. i have gotten my car serviced here for over three years, but after this i will not be back. i will be going to savannah tire from now on.

I had two of my Toyota's serviced again at this location as one I purchased there. I again experienced extended delays for scheduled service (1:45 for oil without tire rotation). On one appointment I was recommended a 80 dollar service but when I inquired further it was truly not and the other had to return to have odometer reset (twice). The manufacturer is truly an outstanding product however the service has caused me to drive an additional hour to have completed.
