Last servicing they cracked one of my hubcaps. This time, I set up an appointment for 1 pm. I got there 20 minutes early, and told them a serving was due again. They tell me to pull into the bay and say someone will be with me shortly to discuss what maintenance my truck needs. Well 1:40 rolls around, and then they finally take my truck. But they never came to talk to me. Here we are at 2pm, and still waiting for anything to be done. No one here is helpful. They're too worried about what flea medicine their dogs are allergic to.
