The manager Billy O is RUDE and NASTY! This company is a complete mess you get written up for every little thing you do without warning and the supervisors don t even talk to you about the write up. The pay not even good.

This company sucks because it is run by an insensitive prick. Apply at your own risk. Contract at your own risk.

Operation Manager attitude needs alot of work the employee's themselves are extremely unprofessional and none efficient.........

Worked for this company for 3 years. They don t do anything by the book. Ex police officers .... more like cons. I asked for a raise to match a new job offer... they told me to come pick up my check. Well When I went to pick up my check they tell me it s been mailed to me. I didn t get that check for 2 months! Be doing yourselves a favor by finding another job.

Excellent company .. It is ran by ex law enforcement professionals who live and breathe police work .. Will cater to each individual clients security needs .. I give Sterling securities an A+ .. Are truly passionate about the industry and have well trained guards who conduct themselves in a professional manner at all times while on duty

If I could give them a half a star I would they make promises they can't keep. They do not have direct deposit and no health benefits no paid vacations. They don't tell you that you have to pay for your uniform until you receive your first check. No place to move up because it is run by retired cops who are rude and disrespectful. Its hell calling out or trying to go on vacation. You pretty much stuck there making 12.00 an hour driving around for 8 hours straight. They suck pretty much

They kept my check from.me because I I didn't have the uniform can I sue for that?

Shoprite of Newark on Springfield ave. has sterling security "securing" their parking lot. Well today I was driving around my handicap mother along with my son. Before I could even put my car in park I had an ignorant security guard yelling at me that I could not park there because I was not handicap. I told him that I was and proceeded to put my sign up. He came closer and closer arguing that I'm supposed to have up the sign WHILE pulling into the park. When did that become the law? Long story short, he ended up in my face, cursing me out and calling me and my mom names. I contacted management who was supposed to give me a call back by 3pm. At 4pm I ended up having to call him and he asked what was he supposed to do about it. What?! I said that I didn't want to be intimidated by his officers. He ended up hanging up on me. I see why your officers are nasty and rude. So is the employer.

They called me for a job opening and told me to call back at 3:00pm for directions to where to go to for the interview. I called like 3 times they did not answer. They called back around 4pm telling me who was this? I told them my name then they hang up the phone really unprofessional glad I m not working for them. Only could imagine how terrible the company is.
