DO NOT USE SALMAT!

My company engaged Salmat's services to deliver approx. 40,000 fridge magnets in late October 2019.

6 weeks on and not a single job or enquiry, aside from an angry resident complaining about large amounts of our material illegally dumped over his property and council footpath outside his residence. (see image attached)

Contacted management but they failed to investigate the incident or return my calls. An email was also sent to the General Manager (Matthew Carracher) As expected no reply or communication was received.

Their call centre is setup to Philippians, which allows management to filter through the calls they want to accept and decline.

I'm sure Salmat will respond to this complaint with a generic reply, stating they will look into this matter, or they will be in touch to resolve this issue, I think not!

Salmat do a fantastic job in the delivery of catalogues. Highly recommend

Not sure if they even delivered our flyers. No reports, no feedback, no follow up phone calls from the company. They are happy to take your money and not provide the services.

Easy to locate- went for a finance job interview. Usually stuff, hope it is a good company to work.

Do not work for this company. I have worked for 4 weeks now and still have not been paid. They keep telling me the bank details are incorrect but I have sent them over 4 times. They just say next wednesday all your money will be in your account but it never does.
