Rutherford EMS

The service provided by Rutherford EMS was average. The response time was decent, but I have seen better. The paramedics were professional and knowledgeable, but the overall experience was just okay. I believe there is room for improvement.

I recently had to call for an ambulance and the service I received was great. The paramedics arrived quickly and took charge of the situation. They were efficient and provided excellent care. I felt safe and well taken care of throughout the entire process. Highly recommended!

I am a disabled vet. I had an incident while out of town in Murfreesboro and was taken to the hospital by Rutherford county EMS service. I have Medicare and Military Tricare for life as two insurances. I gave all pertinent information to the hospital staff as I should have. I never got a bill from this EMS service and they never even turned in anything to either of my insurances. The EMS service simply never notified me or did their responsible act of sending the claim to my insurance. They went straight to a collection agency called Hollis Cobb Associates who now put a collection on my credit bureau report. Hollis Cobb has 47 BBB complaints in the last 12 months. I am about to make it 48 and one on The EMS service with a report to the FCRA if this injustice is not fixed. Be very aware and leery of both of these shady organizations.
