In the event of a complaint, no reply to e-mails to the address given on the homepage and invoice for 3 weeks. Telephone support is not possible. Very poor customer service. In addition, my watch is just 3 months old and no longer works.
Wouldn't recommend. I purchased android pro few years back, but suddenly my account didn't have any pro anymore. They changed their app infrastructure. Also their company isn't nice to be in touch with.
Very good application where one can follow up on the exercise one does, in order to be fit ....
Apps offered for iphone as free. When installed you get info free is a trial 7 days, after this automatic charge 49.99 a year fee - unless you cancel contract in 7 days. Good luck how to find cancellation procedure!
Read carefully long Terms and Conditions at Settings - itm 8 includes email address where to send cancellation request. How they could use well-known Adidas logo and play such an unfair game?!
They killed road bike pro an app that i ACTUALLY paid for
Products do not work and the technical support is crying
Simple and practical to follow daily sports activities varied (cycling, rowing, running, walking in my case). Calculation of calories does not seem to take into account the difference in altitude, especially on a bike, but the tracking of kilometers and routes is enough for me.
I have been trying to move the newsletter from my business to another email address for about 3 weeks. Since I could not do this in the APP (private email was already in use), I unsubscribed from the newsletter. If something is sent again, I cancle the APP. I had not received an answer to any of my inquiries.
If individual users write great company, great products or cool people, etc., it seems to be Adidas fight posters. I had to give a star ...

Runtastic GmbH: The Ultimate Fitness Companion
Are you looking for a fitness app that can help you track your runs, bodyweight training sessions, and other sports activities? Look no further than Runtastic GmbH. This innovative company has developed a suite of apps that can help you stay motivated, set new goals, start a training plan, and live a healthier life.
Founded in 2009 by Florian Gschwandtner, Alfred Luger, René Giretzlehner and Christian Kaar in Austria. Runtastic quickly became one of the most popular fitness apps on the market. In 2015 it was acquired by Adidas AG to expand its digital offering.
The company's flagship app is the Runtastic Running & Fitness Tracker. This app allows users to track their runs using GPS technology and provides detailed information about distance covered, pace, calories burned and more. It also includes audio feedback during workouts to keep users motivated.
In addition to the running tracker app there are several other apps available from Runtastic including:
- Results: A bodyweight training app that offers personalized workout plans based on user goals.
- Six Pack: An ab workout app with over 50 different exercises.
- Sleep Better: A sleep tracking app that helps users improve their sleep quality.
- Road Bike: A cycling tracker with features like voice coaching and offline maps.
All of these apps are designed with user experience in mind. They are easy to use and provide valuable insights into your fitness progress over time.
One of the key features of Runtastic's apps is social integration. Users can connect with friends through the platform to share workouts or compete against each other for added motivation. There is also an online community where users can find support from others who are working towards similar goals.
Another unique aspect of Runtastic's approach is its focus on data analysis. The company uses machine learning algorithms to analyze user data and provide personalized recommendations for workouts or nutrition plans based on individual needs.
Runtastic has received numerous awards for its innovative approach including being named one of Europe's fastest-growing companies by Inc Magazine in 2014.
