The major problem with this auction to many retail customers dealers bringing their Raising the prices on on us .
Generally, this is a dealer only car auction. They do have some public sales throughout the year. The staff are just great.

This place is the BEST!!! And so are the people & Working people at this establishment !!!
Avoid buying any vehicles at this auction. Sells vehicle with no titles and then refuse to issue full refund on the unit. Still haven't received our refund since October 2018. Impossible to receive any replies from their office. Dealt with Kim McConghey, Maria Harrison and Rebecca Voldenberg, Lisa Cohowicz.
Very organized, very professional and friendly staff. Never any issues with this place. Register, bid, pay and get your cars delivered.
Great place with great cars for small dealers and big dealers alike
This isn t the right place to purchase a vehicle, been calling for weeks about a title for a vehicle seen that no one knows anything about it, very rusty vehicles, own sellers raising their vehicle price, pretty much bit it like they are regular costumer, not recommended I should give it 0 start but I can t! 0% costumer service, sucks place!

Every car I have purchased here in the past 6 months has has major engine or transmission issues. Does not matter the price or dealership came from. It's part of the business but it seems this has become a dumping ground for dealerships in NY
