Royal Prins & Dingemanse

On Saturday 12-10-2019 I bought at AH, I ate mussels that you selected as large.
Compared to the previous times I bought your mussels, this time it was a terrible letdown.

First, many mussels were already damaged, so we could throw them away.
The shells were dirty and sticky, cleaning for half an hour.
After cooking of the mussels it was found that the mussels are lost very small (1 1/2 cm 2), + \ - 50%, the ratio of shell / mussel was very much in the disadvantage of the mussels.
In short, it was quite a disappointment that for the time being does not invite you to purchase a new mussel.

I had the first experience with the oyster creuse in the owen with cheese. I was first very reluctant as it seems odd to put it in the owen but what an experience. Highly recommended!!!!

Have the same bad experience as Kees Humanitas.
Possibly even worse! These mussels were not suitable for consumption.
Lot number L73335, product date 24-5-2013, consumption date, or better 'discard date' 28-5-2013. I took pictures of the first 40 mussels on the 4 kg. that we could throw away immediately. After cooking, we were able to throw away 1 in 3. On balance, everything was just thrown away!
The worst thing is that I don't have to come home with mussels for a while.
I see no chance of reacting to Prins & Dingemans. At a previous time, when worms were swimming alongside the oyster, I was told as a culprit: "Well, it is a natural product that can occur!". Not even more information about food safety or just sorry.

Wanted to surprise my guests in this annoying corona time with a cozy mussel evening. Bought from AH but I was ashamed to death with what came on the table. What silly mussels. Prins and Dingemans UNWORTHY. So never this brand again !!!!

What super products Prins & Dingemanse has. Every time a great pleasure to get started with top quality mussels. The oysters and special shells also appeal to me. Recommended!

Bought a 2 kilo package today at AH in Brielle.
Had the choice between AH mussels and the Prince and Dingemans. More than two euros price difference, but they tasted excellent, and were a nice size.
Really recommended !!!

Last week Prins & Dingemanse bought in AH Belgium ... PURE BAGGER !!!!! Last year had super good mussels from this brand.
Now that I have read the article in Het Laatste Nieuws, I know why .... feel cheated and will now buy them back in Aldi and Colruyt, where they are always of top quality (jumbo mussels and to a lesser extent Colruyt)

Yesterday I again had a royal selection of mussels. Honestly, I have lived in Yerseke for many years and I know where you can get the quality.
The "royal selection" really equals a royal meal. The title "Royal Prince & Dingemanse" is therefore more than deserved

Big format. But the mussels are starving and therefore not dead but shriveled.

I was lucky enought to dicover the Prins & Dingemanse products a few years ago and become on the spot a loyal customer. The oysters are delicious, especially the platte of zeeland, they are just divine!!!
