I purchased a new Specialized bike last December, had nothing but problems with the bike AND especially the authorized Specialized local deal, after many phone call and email with Specialized manufacturing in California, they said for me to bring the bike into Revolutions Cycle to go over the bike and fix everything that should be fix that should of been done the first time from "the other" bike shop. Revolutions cycle has done a excellent job. They did what they said, and said what they did. They worked with the manufacturer and had TOTAL CUSTOMER SATISFACTION in mind. I cant say enough about the effort and expertise that was put into my bike. Thank you revolutions cycle!

Walked in today as I was looking to get a cruiser bicycle. Needed some education about what to buy but 10 minutes later the dude was still working on a bike with a wrench or whatever. So walked out got on line and educated myself and ordered a cruiser bike from Amazon. It will probably be here via UPS from Amazon faster than I could have gotten it from this shop. And local business complain on-line transactions are taking their business and wonder why.

This is in reply to your response. You don't seem to get it now do you? All you had to do was acknowledge me being there and tell me you would be with me when you could. Pretty darn simple concept and not too ground breaking now is it? That inane reply about the technical complexities of cycles is just a bunch of gibberish meant to misdirect what IS the point.

Recently bought a bike there. The sales staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. They let us test ride the bikes around the parking lot in order to figure out exactly what we wanted. They have a lot of bikes in stock OR they can order you what you need. Great place, friendly people, would recommend if you're in the Suntree area looking for a new bike!

Every time I've gone in this store, I've had a good experience. So far I've purchased three bikes through them, had a bike fitting that resolved some knee pain, and had a couple upgrades done to one of them with no issues.

Everybody I've worked with at this store takes their time to ensure that you will be happy with your purchase and
They have demonstrated a level of competence, friendly customer service, and care in their work that is irreplaceable.

And their dogs are adorable.

I'm writing this three out of five stars the shrike that I got is a 100 out of 5 stars meaning this strike is way more than what I've expected and I could not be over the moon I am very appreciative of the trike that I received it is one of the best things I've ever gotten in my life and I was very glad that revolutions Cyclery got it and I was able to buy it with ease the reason why I'm giving three out of five was because the gentleman who took me today which was May 19th 2020 appear to be non-social and it kind of Brushy meaning he acknowledged me there he answered all my questions thoroughly and they were good answers and everything I had no problem there it was just very dry a very dry greeting and I know the bike shop is very busy and people got a lot of work to do and it's very stressful but I just had this feeling of dryness I just hope that the people there will cheer up a little bit they are not as cheerful as I have seen on the Facebook posts so try cheering up a little bit I know it's frustrating but you know someone like me who is very happy to come to a bike shop and actually get the bike that they love the most and be dealing with someone who is dry makes the pleasant experience a lot less Pleasant. So try cheering up a little bit and I'm sure you would get to five stars

I brought my bike to them for a tune and the repair of a sticky front derailer gear shifter. Although they repaired what I asked for they were not careful and ripped the wire out of a irreplaceable Polar Power Cycle Computer sensor from the rear derailer (A fully functioning 12 year old computer). Not only did they not tell me about their poor quality of work or damage prior to my return to pick up my bike they claimed it was wrapped around the derailer, which it was not or has not been for the last 12 years. If you look at the wires it is obvious when they removed the rear tire to true it, it hung and the tech yanked on the tire and ripped the wire from the sensor. They did not offer any remorse, other than to offer to remove the old system. or credit towards a new computer....just a shoulder shrug. Not a way to treat a potential new customer. I will make sure I spread the word NOT TO TAKE YOUR BIKE THERE!

I travelled over 3000 miles to visit my Mom in Cocoa Beach. I am an avid cyclist with over 13000 miles in about 3 years. I found a great bike at this dealer and purchased the bike for my time in Florida and will ship it back to my home. They were very good at service and the sales. I am using them for the shipment prep as well. Ginger was fantastic help.

I've been to few different bicycle shops looking to purchase a road bike. Revolutions was the place I purchased from and the place I constantly go back to. The owners are genuine people who are not only experienced riders but friendly and bend over backwards to make sure you get what you are looking for. They take their time in educating you as to the pros and cons of the articles you are looking to purchase and are pleased to do so. I wish every shop I went to was like Revolutions. It feels like "Cheers" in there. I love shopping there and you will too.

Very friendly staff and nice variety of bikes and accessories. Conveniently located. We did not find what we were looking forward, but the sales girl was more than willing to put in an order for us.

Friendly and terrific service. Helped me replace crappy bearings in my FSA bottom bracket with more durable, third party bearings. Cool dogs.

New bearings, new chain, and new chainring and my Tomac Cortez is back to awesome.

Always had great service from friendly staff. Dropped my bike off for a tuneup and told them I was heading North and wouldn t be back for a month. It was no problem. They tuned my bike and stored it and it was ready for me when i returned. Highly recommend

Mainly deal with new bikes, rarely any used, starts over $500, but really nice and competent workers that will push you for the best product even if it isn't theirs. Good selection of gear and accessories as well. Lessons to change tires every first Sunday of the month if I remember correctly

Thanks Rick and Jim for being patient and taking the time to help me install my after market bike rack on my car even though it was purchased elsewhere! Your kindness, courtesy, knowledge and professionalism was greatly appreciated today!

Outstanding, very personalized sales and service by professional and friendly staff! I have bought two road bikes and one child's mountain bike from this shop in the past two years and could not be happier! The owners are very knowledgeable about all aspects of cycling (my own cycling road 'etiquette' has improved by riding with them) from bike selection and fitting to nutrition, training, clothing and gear. They really care about you having the best experience on your bike, long after the purchase. I highly recommend if you're shopping for a new bike to visit Revolutions, and get an expert fitting--it really makes a difference in riding comfort. So for great selection and prices, knowledgable staff and a commitment to long-term customer delight, go to Revolutions.

I stopped in to here today looking for a cap for my valve stem on my car tire. I was greeted by a very pretty and friendly boarder colie. I then asked one of the people behind the desk if they had any valve stem caps and the man behind the desk offered me some for free. I took one and am definitely going to recommend anyone who needs anything for a bicycle to go here because of how friendly they were. 5 Star Service Without A Doubt!

This is a great place to get work done on your bike. Friendly and capable, they performed an amazing repair when my crank casing cracked and got lodged in the frame. Sparks flying to cut the pieces out and they didn't even damage the threads!

The prices are very reasonable and they have a great selection of parts in stock. Highly recommended.

Best bicycle shop ever! Love these folks!
They fixed a bicycle we were having problems with. Works great now! The nice lady (can t recall her name) helped me put the repaired bicycle in the car and even helped me tie it down for transport. Among the greatest customer service experiences in my entire life. Would give 50 stars if I could!

I was very impressed with service I received today. I was from Tampa/Lutz area
visiting family & they actually replaced tubes on my bicycle while I waited. I purchased a bike lock and one of the gentlemen in the shop showed me how to use it on my bike/bike rake. I would definitely recommend Revolutions Cyclery to anyone in the area.

Wow great service. Used loving care on my daughters bike to fix her tires, add missing parts, and sup up with new kickstand and turtle horn. They had multiple customers but somehow they took care of us so fast. They even gave us mints. They never upselled us anything. Their payment system was modern and used my cc chip securely. They total price was very very fair. Their small talk was just the right amount and refreshing like a perfect town small business. I would highly recommend this bike shop.

BEWARE NOT FAMILY FRIENDLY!

BEWARE NOT FAMILY FRIENDLY!
I m a relatively easy going person but the quickest way to get me riled up is to talk inappropriately to my child. When the sales associate snapped at my son and told him not to touch a bike, that s right I said, TOUCH a bike, I pretty much snapped too. When I asked the manager/owner (I m not really sure who this man was) if he felt that it was appropriate behavior for this sales associate to snap at my son and not request that I say something to my son instead he stubbornly replied that you couldn t walk into a Dick s Sporting Goods and just try out any bat you want. Really, well at many Dicks Sporting Goods you can try out the bats and at ALL of them you can at least TOUCH the bats. I just wanted this man to say you know it was inappropriate for my staff to reprimand your child without talking to you first. This place may have the greatest service, they may have the best prices but I will never know because with three kids and a busy life I m not giving my patronage to a BIKE SHOP THAT I HAVE TO GET A BABYSITTER TO VISIT. The funniest part of the whole thing was that my son was trying to help the sales associate because the sales associate had just asked me what I was looking for and I had said that I wasn t sure, when my son piped up and said How about this one Dad? I m guessing now, by the sales associate s reaction that, the bike he was touching was quite expensive. I ll never know.

If you don't know a lot about bicycles I would advise to avoid. I purchased a bike from them sometime ago and from the beginning it was some problems with the gear switch. When I brought it for the tune up they "could not find the problem", but everything was working for a while. Now the same problem arise. I decided to look it up and educate myself. It turns out they put the mountain bike cassette and the chainring assemble on the road bike. If that was not enough, they removed a few gears from the cassette assembly. Since enough time passed after the purchase I cannot proof anything. So, my advise would be either take a good friend who knows thing or two about bicycles or don't go there. They will take advantage.

Overpriced and underwhelmed. The Elderly gentleman that came out to talk to me was little to no help as I had to remove my face mask just so he could hear me...Found what I was looking for but paid through the nose. $6 for a coaster brake band that most shops charge $1.50 for max. Save your money and shop somewhere that s not nickel and diming you for the small things.

I've been a customer since I bought my first real bike in 2008, and I still ride that bike today. Knowledgeable, kind, and customer-oriented people. They won't needlessly upsell, and care about who they're working with. Regardless of what you're riding, they'll tune it up and keep you on the road or trail.

In fewer words, great people, great service, great product. Must recommend.

Walked in to get a general bike fitting and they were INCREDIBLY rude and had a terrible attitude out the gate and didn t seem in any way shape or form like they wanted to help. No way to run a business. I ll make sure to tell my other friends that bike to never bring their business here. Unacceptable.
