The staff over there is not speaking properly and they don't tell that over stocks will come when very much disappointed

I paid for the medicine and for the courier charges as per the bill by transferring to the account but medicine is not received at Mumbai address as per promised. not even courier company contact number is provided. very bad experience. it's medicine for the pain and not groceries. I'm a senior citizen.
