I paid for the medicine and for the courier charge...

I paid for the medicine and for the courier charges as per the bill by transferring to the account but medicine is not received at Mumbai address as per promised. not even courier company contact number is provided. very bad experience. it's medicine for the pain and not groceries. I'm a senior citizen.
