Renaissance ross bridge

We stopped her for a night on the way back from our family vacation in Florida. I was very impressed! I would consider traveling to this area again just to stay at this hotel. At night they put up a movie on a big screen for the kiddos in the pool. Very relaxing. The bar by the pool also makes the BEST blue Hawaiian I ve ever tasted!

Top notch place to spend the night or spend the week. Beautiful area. Great rooms. Superb dining. If you have children, the pool will certainly please them...adults too. Its like a tropical paradise.
At dusk, out comes the bag piper; dressed in traditional outfit. Walks the treeline around the resort, and the surrounding hills are filled with the most beautiful music. Standing on your balcony and hearing those pipes will bring tears to your eyes.
Cant go wrong with this place..I go as often as I can.

We were only there from midnight until about noon but it's a beautiful property and staff was very professional and courteous. We had a corner suite. Wish we could have stayed and relaxed longer but I did take advantage of the large tub before we had to leave.

The rooms, outside and pool area were great. The food was mediocre at best. The breakfast buffet is really and really should be at $20 each. All service personnel were excellent. It was only the food quality that was poor at premium prices.

We recently spent a few days at the Ross Bridge Resort and had a great time. Room was clean, spacious and exactly what we asked for. The pool area was spacious w/plenty of room to sit or lie down, freshly cleaned towels and a great pool for children and adults. There is a nice slide and all the children enjoyed it. (Must be 40" to slide down) Every staff person we encountered was pleasant and polite. Housekeeping staff were always around and diligent in their effort to make your stay comfortable. We chose a balcony room which faced the front and we sat back and listened to the bagpipes every evening. It was really nice.
NOTE: If you want Spa services, book in advance. We waited until we arrived and there was nothing left. This spa stays busy.

Make sure to use H . when booking your hotel. This site will compare thousands of booking web sites and usually will have prices a lot cheaper than others! You're welcome :)! This resort is one of my favorites in the area. I have been coming here for years. If you stay for a few days you for sure won't regret it.

Great place. Understaffed like everywhere... But still good. Would be 5 stars but they don't have the capacity to serve breakfast and dinner to all of their guests. Once they get this together I'll change my review. (I'll know because I'm going back; This is my new "go to" place to stay in B'ham)

Soooooo,,,,,,, literally this was the most beautiful, exquisitely made hotel. Its literally a castle . I felt so wonderful and blessed to be able to mingle with the upper echelon of Birmingham Alabama.
The staff was absolutely fantastic. Check in was fantastic. Check out was a breeze. I wished I could live there forever. We had the pool view on the 6th floor and it was to absolutely die for.
My hunny gives thus place 10 .
We didn't eat anything, or used the spa areas, but we will be back.

It was such a magical night My husband and I are completely in love of this place is like a real life castle. The staff was awesome, we have a little inconvenience with the food but the staff was really nice and even waved the food. The best part was to hear the back pipe playing it by Jim, such a cool experience! I recommend to everyone :)
