These guys are amazing! They can fix almost anything at a awesome price. Probably the cheapest on the coast and the fastest. I have been to them multiple times and every time their customer service is epic. They get your equipment back to you fast and totally to the standard I was looking for. I have even went in one time to have a iPad fixed and it was so messed up (and old) they told me it would just be cheaper to buy a new one. They are not for price gorging or hurting their customers. Honest business is very hard to find these days! But these guys definitely set the bar!

I sent them an email on a Wednesday morning with my issue. They responded quickly and got my part in fast. We were back up in running in no time. Price was good as well.

These folks are always helpful; even in the few instances where my stuff was unrepairable.

After a breach of our computer I took it to Rogers and they had it up and running in less than an hour. Reasonable and efficient. I recommend them.

Incredible service! Brought a tower to them with an integrated video system that wasn't working. The tower had been customized by the seller but it originally came with a video card. Rogers was able to tell me that the video card slot was still there & could be used in about 5 seconds. (UbreakIfix had it for 2 days and couldn't tell me) I'd already purchased a new tower so Rogers transferred all of the data from the old tower to the new for an amazingly reasonable price. They repair cell phones, laptops and a lot of other things. I haven't had a need to use their other services but when I do, I'll drive from Diamondhead to Biloxi without hesitation because of their outstanding technical & customer service.

I took my 3 y/o laptop in because it was failing to boot up. They quickly diagnosed the problem (dying hard drive), and recommended a solution. This was on a Thursday morning. I received a call the following Monday evening that the laptop was up and running. The price was great (<$200) for a new SSD, updated operating system, and diagnosis. Both Damon and Chris were very professional and I would highly recommend RTS to anyone experiencing computer issues.

Quick, proffessional and affordable.

After my desktop died i called a few places to feel out my options. The folks at Rogers' did some light troubleshooting over the phone (other places didn't bother), were professional over the phone and in person, and were able to see my equipment right away. I was in and out with a working machine in under an hour, and for what was definately a fair price. They also explained the most likely cause of failure so i could monitor it and prevent it in the future.

All said, the guy was very helpful, super proficient, and i will be bringing my business back there if i ever have problems in the future.

This is an update to my initial review. This place continues to be a great place to get your technology fixed. Consider Rodgers for your Apple products and most likely there is no need to travel to the New Orleans area for service.

This place specializes on iPads that are locked. The iPad was efficiently diagnosed. The service includes text messages with updates on your particular machine. Consider this place when your portable device is an issue with your life.

Called to inquire if they repair PS4 console. I was told they don't but they were able to recommend a local store that does.

Had some awful luck, dropped my iPhone 8 Plus with a glass screen protector x decent otter box case.. landed on two rocks that hit in between where screen protector lays and the case, cracked my screen pretty bad all throughout.
Brought it in, great prices and had it fixed in like 30-45minutes. Looks brand new, flawless job and got a new protector put on as well. Highly recommend for the price, timeliness, and quality of work! Would come back if I have any issues with my phone or other electronics.

My computer screen wasn't working and Office Depot said it would be $400 to fix. I brought it here and he fixed my screen in an hour for $70!!!!

I had seen the offer roger technology had going on, $50 to fix a cracked phone screen. I brought my Iphone 7 plus in got it fixed. Now my phone won t charge, it cuts off in the middle of doing anything. I called and let them know what the phone was doing & was told it had to be a coincidence the phone won t work after they fixed it. I was told i could bring the phone in to get looked at but would have to pay AGAIN for them to fix what they broke. I would not recommend them. Spend the little extra and go to someone who knows what there doing!
