I took my 3 y/o laptop in because it was failing to boot up. They quickly diagnosed the problem (dying hard drive), and recommended a solution. This was on a Thursday morning. I received a call the following Monday evening that the laptop was up and running. The price was great (<$200) for a new SSD, updated operating system, and diagnosis. Both Damon and Chris were very professional and I would highly recommend RTS to anyone experiencing computer issues.
