I used them twice this year, once for a broken cable and once when the opener machine broke. On both occasions I got same day service. Jamie, the technician was friendly, and he discovered a minor problem that had been there before. When the cable broke he just fixed the cable; did not push me to buy anything else. (It is an old door and someone else might have pushed me to buy a new one.) Good price. Highly recommended!
