Lauren and her team have been looking after our property for over two years now. Any small issue has been communicated to us quickly, discussed and when a decision has been made, the issue dealt with quickly and professionally. This has resulted in not only satisfied owners, but also satisfied tenants who have remained in the property during this time. I have rented properties in inner city East Brisbane for over 30 years- some up to $900/ week, and I have never encountered such irrational unwarranted bullying behaviour since Rental Results were employed by the new owners mid-tenancy. Daphne has wasted the owner's money in many ways and caused nothing but stress to all involved.
I have rented luxury properties through Place Estate, Harcourts, Jeff Jones, Maryanne Birch and directly with property owners. I have always had a great relationship and full bond back - over 30 years.
NOT with Rental results.
They even wanted to issue a remedy breach for parking in the unused visitor park. They actually DID issue a remedy breach notice for some permanent sealant placed in the bathroom by the original builders. They do not do their research. Daphne reacts irrationally before consulting the owner and finding out the facts. Tenants (paying the investor's mortgage) and investors - STAY away.

The team at Rental Results are wonderfully efficient and have fantastic customer service. Connie helped us get into a new rental within one week of attending the house inspection. The communication was open and honest and refreshingly down to earth, completely different than what you expect from bigger real estate companies, but also highly professional and efficient.

Lauren is incredibly fast to answer any queries and deal with repair/maintenance issues. She is always reachable and a pleasure to deal with. I'm sure my property has not been the "easiest" as so many issues needed to be attended to, but Lauren has handled this very efficiently, with minimum stress for me. I scheduled a spection to Connie Morton for Saturday at 15:00, I had to leave work early and lose hours to get to the residence, when I arrived at the place and did not find the agent, I contacted her and she informed me that the residence has already had been rented. I questioned why I was not notified of the cancellation and in a rude way the agent said that all interested parties were notified, it turns out that I definitely was not notified, that is, I lost money and time with this, anyway I do not indicate.

The most incredible thing is that the company calls the consumer, demands that the comment be removed from Google and threatens that they will remember this situation if I need to rent a new property totally ridiculous. the best way is good work and not threats.

Awful experience with this team, I was 'approved' for a property over email, I then phoned the property manager to confirm the application, she told me to pay the bond on the property to secure it. I was then emailed by the team informing me that we had been approved by 'mistake' ..... being misled had caused us to cancel an application on a seperate property, thinking we had secured this one.

Don't trust this 'team', awful service, what a humiliating way to treat a rental applicant. Disgraceful.

Then proceeded to ask me 20 questions like "what do I expect from a property manager". Missed the mark greatly. Disappointing service.

Worst real estate I have ever dealt with. Avoid at all costs. Daphne is incredibly rude and throughout my tenancy I had to incur unfair costs and so much stress from her. The review by Susan Malone and many of the others is completely accurate about her. She reacts irrationally and it's clear she is always operating for the owner rather than caring about the tenants. Any time I came to her with an issue I was met with resistance and difficulties rather than help from the person who is meant to be managing my property. They pick at every single thing in inspections even if some things are clearly from building movement. I could not be happier now that I have moved and no longer have to deal with her.

It is also clear many of these so called 5-star reviews are fake and would breach ACCC. Everyone I speak to about Rental Results and Daphne, including other real estate agencies, have the same negative experiences to share.

The standard response I will receive to this will be that they have no record of my tenancy - I did not post under my name and I have also waited several months since the end of my tenancy to post this for fear of reprisal as I have already seen other reviews report that Rental Results threatens future tenancy applications in response to bad reviews. I can honestly say the best thing I did was move as soon as my lease was over. Don't put yourself through the stress of dealing with this company.
